Only one word to describe this place… EXCELLENT!!They’re pizza is hot, delicious, fresh and all around great!

Excellent pizza! I ordered a large specialty, the Family, and large pepperoni pizza for my mother and I. Seeing as they honor Domino’s, Pizza Hut, and Papa John’s coupons, and also that they were local business, I figured why not try this place out? They don’t honor the Dinner Box unfortunately, but seeing as we wanted to have two big pizzas anyway, they DID honor the 1 large specialty and 1 large 1-​topping pizza coupon for $ 19.99 coupon, so we were satisfied with it. Since I called ahead enough in time, I’d give 5 stars to the prompt service of my order, as well as the same for the excellent customer service that I received when I ordered and got there. It’s been a long while since my mother and I have had locally made pizza, but this is truly one of the best we’ve eaten. Rating ⁵⁄₅. Grazie!

The pizza here was a really runny. It didn’t live up to the hype. We ordered delivery and it took them time to get here. Again I was responded with both types of sauces (white sauce, red sauce). It was very greasy which cause for the runny aspect of the pizza which just made a mess.

The pizza was good, the only thing I didn’t like was that the sauce is a little too sweet. The wings and bread sticks were awesome. Would definitely eat there again

This place needs to stick to pizza and from the reviews that is on the meh side. I ordered chicken parmesan and parmesan garlic wings, bland is an understatement. So bad I went with my 4mth old frozen Banquet salisbury steak and corn dinner just like a death row prisoner.

Went here while I was spending the night in Roanoke on a long drive. I saw a few mixed reviews and was concerned, but the pizza I ordered was awesome, the people were nice and gave me directions, and I’ve eaten pizza a couple of times since then but can’t stop thinking about the crust. I ate a large in one sitting and felt stuffed, but it was just great stuff, and the next time I’m driving through Virginia I’ll probably order it again. Don’t understand what these complaints are about.

This was honestly the worst food I’ve had in a long, long time. First they call me back and tell me that they had no meat lasagna. Ok, I understand, it happens. They offer to substitute it with Manicotti and add meat. I agreed. Estimated delivery is 30 – 40 minutes. They show up an 1hr10mins after I call. The delivery driver apologized and said that it was a problem with the cooks not getting their act together. At this point I am pretty peeved but Im just glad I FINALLY get my food. The chicken alfredo was so bland. The ‘Manicotti’ was nothing more than disgusting meat with some off pieces of cheese and pasta sheets. Severely disappointed as I just moved to the area and was expecting really great food.

Is Domino’s pizza too good for you? Has papa johns exceeded your expectations too many times? Do you get too much of a rush from chewing on your empty UPS boxes? Well goodfellas has found the solution. It’s not DiGiorno, it’s disgusting. They have set a new standard in crap. Don’t think you can bland your taste buds to death for free, it’s cost a little something extra to make something this bad on purpose.

God, this was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had, but the pizza in Roanoke seems to all be like this. Bland, undercooked doughy crust with sweet sauce and cheap cheese. They did deliver to a brewery for me although I had to run outside and flag them down despite the giant sign outside. The delivery guy was really nice although the guy on the phone seemed a little out of it.

Best pizza in Roanoke, hands down… Goodfellaz is generous with their toppings and include marinara and/​or garlic sauce upon request. The pizza is so yummy, it even re-​heats well. It’s only a take out place, which actually works for us, as we live nearby. The service is always good and have the pizza ready on time. Would eat Goodfellaz every night if I could!

OMG! Hot, fresh, delicious pizza delivered to our door in 25 minutes! Awesome! And easy. We had onions, mushroom & spinach on the hand tossed crust. Flavor was great. Crust was chewy and while I tend to prefer crispy, thin crust, my husband was very pleased. Next time will try their thin crust, but I’d do the hand tossed again in a minute. Delicious!

Used to be my place to eat when I wanted non-​chain pie even though the customer service has never been great. Started coming to this location after a few horrible experiences at the other location, they might be able to retain customers if they could produce quality products like they used too and get the bald guy to stop hitting on/​flirting with me, my daughter, and I assume any other pretty females that come in.
Sucks. Really used to love this place, but cheese has been getting skimpier and skimpier and my last two orders were messed up, not to mention the rudeness displayed by the management/​owner. I have never in my life been told by a business that «You can just take your business elsewhere.» until now. Idiotic in this economy in my opinion.

It was awful. The crust was way overcooked and the pizza overall tasted like it had been in the trash for weeks, I don’t understand at all how this place has any good review. I have eaten there twice and both times I could not finish a slice. Don’t go there unless you want to gag or become nauseated I give this a 1 star out of 5, but it should be a 0. If you want good fast pizza get anything else.

We had Garden salad, Greek salad, calzone w red peppers, sauce & sausage on the side. One of the good places to eat in Roanoke.

It probably says something about Goodfellaz that I’m now living in Pennsylvania, I still have them in the speed dial on my cell phone, and I can’t quite bring myself to delete the number… who knows when I might find myself in Roanoke again and want some pizza.
I really love the pizza here. It’s very reminiscent of what used to be found at Chico & Billy’s when I was a kid. (Sadly, that place is long gone.) Unless it’s a major holiday or there’s a huge sporting event on tv, usually I can call in a pizza and by the time I’ve gotten shoes on and driven the 10 minutes to get there it’s already waiting for me, or just about to come out of the oven.
Technically, I’ve seen a couple tables inside, but I’ve never seen anyone eating at them. Generally this seems to be a pick-​up/​delivery deal.
Wherever I live, I really search for pizza places that make their own crust from scratch, which Goodfellaz does. It’s always just the right thickness — not to thick, not too thin. Perfect. I’ve never had a bad pizza from this place.

Great delivery pizza with a just right crust — medium thickness with a hint of sweetness.
