The Home Depot

I recently purchased a GE refrigerator online. They used The Home Depot on Franklin Rd. for deliveries. 2 fridges have been delivered in the past 3 weeks and I still don’t have my refrigerator. The 1^st one was smashed down the side when it arrived and after another week of waiting, Home Depot sends a 3 man crew to deliver the 2^nd one. It was going to be a tight fit through the doorways. I was told, in broken English, that I could either dismantle the fridge (which I’m sure would void warranties… They weren’t just saying to take off a few doors. Or, they said, I could go to beating out the trim on my door frame. Either way, they were planning on leaving the refrigerator in my living room and I could do all of that after they left and finish the delivery myself. After stating that I wasn’t going to take apart my new fridge or take apart my house or do their job, they packed up the fridge and took it. I didn’t even order the refrigerator from Home Depot, yet had to deal with their unprofessional ways. They make other businesses look bad. NEVER AGAIN, HOME DEPOT.
