Horrible costumer service, I came in to get food to go, I have a service dog and they refused to sell me food because of my dog, I have epilepsy and my dog is who catches the attacks. All I had was my card because I walk from work so I didn’t have his papers with me, the lady continued saying it was not her problem. I have not ever been denied at any place.

HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE service. He charged my card twice. I had to wait for a refund. When I got my food the order was wrong and he had forgotten my drink. I don’t frequent fast food drive thrus, but I wish it would have at least lived up to its claim to being fast food. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food. What a joke?! And not one apology. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Should have gone to SmashBurger!

If I could give this a 0 star I would. Service bad. Whopper meat was so dry, the cheese wasn’t cooked, and the sandwich wasn’t warm. I ordered a large fries and it was half filled and there were gross onion ring remnants in it. Horrible. Don’t go. No one expects fast food to be great but it’s a guilty pleasure that should still be edible.

My first venture outside for pleasure in 5 years. How could I not love it? I had a Big Fish Meal. Should have remembered to say no pickles of something, otherwise you likely get a nuked one :) But it was cool! The soda machine with 100 flavors was a bit daunting. Trivia: In 1974, I began working at the first BK to open in midtown NYC. Back the the fish sandwich was called«The Whaler». I developed a penchant for the patties because any«broken» fish patty would go into a spoilage bucket & that seemed a shame(: I couldn’t let them go to waste & a lot«broke’ :)

Horrible drive thru. Manager could not understand me and then gave me attitude for yelling my answer. Went inside only to find she was talking about me to another customer. Who needs it? Saddle Brook BK is much better

2.49 stars. I rounded down. Pretty standard Burger King, but the store wasn’t kept that clean. The location is OK, but its in a very traffic congested part of route 17 north near Essex st. Getting in and getting out of there isn’t fun and there always seems to be construction going on. The food was a little cold. The employees were pretty unfriendly. The deal wasn’t too bad though. Whopper value meal for $ 5 on Wednesdays. One nice thing that happened to me here was that a Burger King employee held the door for me from the outside as I was walking out with my food in both hands. That accounts for the .49 star extra to my 2 star rating.

They are mostly potato fries. The problem is I called first to see if they had the new sweet potato fries, they said yes they did. When I got there the person at the window said they didn’t have sweet potato fries. Then I said I called and that you said you had the fries then someone from the back said yes we got some but only a little bit left. Well that is better than the Hackensack MurdercKing whose computers were down and they couldn’t sell anything. But these people don’t even seem to have the unhealthy poisonous crap they are supposed to sell. I wanted three largecsweet potato fries, they only had two, so I guess they are out. WTF maybe I will come back to Murder King in another year. Update: I am eating healthier I go to Wholefoods. It is actually less expensive to buy hot ready to serve healthy food, not to mention great customer service.

Food was not warm and my daughter found dead ants inside her cup. Luckily she hadn’t drank out of it prior to finding them.

This was the weirdest BK ever. The food was totally normal. It was the ambience that confused the flame-broiled burger outta me. In one corner you have a flat screen tv playing CNN. Very depressing CNN, at that. In another, you have your ESPN. Over it all is classical music… Huh? And then someone whistling(very well actually) Jingle Bells. So weird.

Came to the drive thru to order some quick dinner, we ordered Med. fries, 3 spicy chicken crisps, whopper JR., Veggie Burger, & large sprite. We paid and drove away, while half way to our destination we realized that they forgot the Veggie Burger, we ended going back 2 hours later to ask for a refund and the kind manager offered to make another burger or give us a refund. Very helpful and easy to deal with

This is a pretty standard Burger King fast food restaurant. I don’t think they’re missing anything from their menu. The dining area and restrooms appear to be kept adequately clean. I would be careful when getting into and out of the parking area. This Burger King is on Northbound Route 17, a very busy road at all times of the day and night. There is an emergency lane but you still have to be pretty good and quick about merging in when there is an opening.
