Boston Market

Just your basic average american food. Usually get the mock thanksgiving dinner. The turkey with gravy and mash potatoes. You can tell it’s fast food but it still hits the spot.

Friendly service. Quick to deliver the food to the table. Cornbread tasted old. Lunch was great.

We live 2 miles from this restaurant and eat here frequently. My husband eats here at least once a week and I’m in almost as often. We decided to eat dinner there the other night. Apparently they had just had a large group in and had only a single ¼ chicken remaining. We were planning on sharing a meal anyway, so this wasn’t a big deal to us. The manager insisted on giving us the chicken plus three sides for free (because he didn’t have more chicken available) and kept trying to give us desserts, too. He and the two employees who were there repeatedly apologized and made sure that our visit was nice. They all went so far beyond what was needed for something that was out of their control. We were already extremely loyal to this location, but this absolutely cemented our preference for it!

After an intense day of book shopping my husband and I needed a quick and easy dinner so we stopped at this Boston Market location.
The cashier was friendly, and the speed of receiving our food was pretty average. The chicken was delicious as usual and the creamed spinach will always be a winner in my book. The cornbread at this location was a little on the svelte side in comparison to the Greenbelt location. Overall decent meal, no hiccups, & no complaints.

Horrible service. Cashier didn’t ask if we wanted to eat for here or to go and assumed we wanted to go. She had an ugly attitude when I told her our checks were separate because she put them all on one check without asking. She charged my friends and I each a dollar for donation without asking! Corn bread was old and not fresh. Chicken was not as good as other locations… Sweet potatoes were great, however. The cashier also didn’t offer us drinks.

I come here for lunch a lot and love it the mac and cheese is awesome!!! and they never get the order wrong! green beans are great also. Chicken is very good I always get white meat… The service is why I give this company 5 stars!

Arrived at Boston Market for the first time and was surprised how good it was.
Was greeted by a friendly cashier who was helpful pointing out a promotion and special they were running. He answered a couple questions (had a few since it was my first go at Boston Market).
I decided to try the turkey plate with gravy and chose 2 sides — mac and cheese and the loaded mashed potatoes (bacon and cheddar cheese = yum).
They also have gigantic fountain coca cola product sodas for $ 1.99.
I got my number and took a seat. In less than 10 minutes they brought me the food and it was delicious. Tasty turkey, creamy mac and cheese, awesome bacon potatoes and soft corn bread.
I would definitely come back to this location. Service with a smile and good food.

these guys, every time i’m craving boston chicken, always deliver. moist, juicy chicken, boatloads of side choices, it’s like chicksgiving all year round! they’ve got silverware and real plates if you want to eat here and induce a home-​cooking experience. my go to if i ever want chicken (and i hate chicken! they make me crave chicken).

I don’t even know why I’m reviewing this place. It’s okay… honestly, I just love their mac-​n-​cheese.

I had never visited this location before and was pleasantly surprised. The cashier was friendly and suggested a special that I ended up purchasing. In addition, they brought the food to my table instead of having to wait around for it. All in all, it was a good alternative to normal fast food — I’ll be back.

I never in my life thought I would eat at Boston Market again, but my husband assured me the food was good (not great). He has made me a believer. Just the other day I ordered the Turkey Family meal for 4, boy oh boy, it was sooo delicious!
The turkey was great, so was the gravy,
the mac and cheese, yum,
the steamed veggies, yum
the cornbread, yum
The prices are up there but I feel it’s totally worth it now.
The service here is pretty decent too, I’ve NEVER had an issue with the service here (we come here at least a few times a month)
So there you have it, go here and, JUST DO IT!

Yeah, OK. A certain amount of my credibility is totally shot by giving Boston Market a 4 star review. However, before you totally unfriend me or unfan me — hear me out!
I hadn’t been to Boston Market in a billion years. I think the last time I went to Bostom Market, I was still aware of what sobriety was. Heh. I kid. I never knew what sobriety is. And my rememberences of Boston Market, was that the food was dry, oily, bland and definitely overpriced for that slop.
However, on this Saturday, we were in the area, starved and heck, I suppose that it was time to give Boston Market another shot… and I was surprised!
To start with, the cashier was fast, moderately friendly, and pretty efficient. And although it was 3pm — well after the lunch rush — the food that we got was still hot and moist (my husband loved his chicken, and my meatloaf was hot and juicy, not dry and crusted like I expected!), the veggies weren’t mushy or too overcooked, and by golly — the food was pretty decent! All the tables were clean, the soda station was well stocked with everything we needed — all stacked neatly.
Let’s face it — this isn’t haute cuisine and it never will be. However, when compared to other Boston Markets and BM-​like places (and that’s really the only fair assessement) — this one location definitely impressed me.
So YAY (plus it’s an FTR, so double YAY… but it reallly has no bearing on the star rating. Well… not MUCH of a bearing on my star rating)!!!
