, located in Woodley Park DC and we have found Rockville Interiors to be consistently excellent for several of our clients. So much so, that I decided to have them install woven blinds in my llarge oversized window in my own kitchen. It looks amazing and they were seriously perfect every step of the way. The measuring and installing were 100% on time and efficient and courteous. And the quality is terrific, which I already knew from various clients throughout the DC area. My wife and I had a great experience at this store. We had our daughters room drapes done and they definitely exceeded our expectations. It was all my wife’s idea and it left the finishing touch that her room needed. I think what put the service over the top for us was that they made a few small throw pillows for her crib.

Rockville Interiors has developed a novel method of salesmanship: ignoring the customer! I spent an hour on a Saturday afternoon in their storefront waiting patiently, and then rather pathetically, for someone to orient me for a search of their large selection of wallpaper books. There were a couple of other customers there; I expected that when they were finished with them, someone would talk to me, but no one ever did even when the customers left, even though I was in plain sight, they just left the area and went somewhere else. The silver lining in the cloud is that in that hour, I went through many wallpaper books and identified some paper I can order online! Probably more inexpensively without their markup! So. don’t go there expecting you will be followed, talked to, and expected to form a business relationship where you will want to order through them. You can just use their samples like a library or museum, go home, and go online.

I recently had pillows, chair pads, curtains, and motorized shades installed by Rockville Interior’s and had an amazing experience.
The showroom had beautiful fabrics and the staff was very helpful with choosing the fabrics to complete the look I was going for.
The end result and quality of the work was top notch. Each piece was well crafted down to each stitch. This is a great company that creates amazing, high quality products.

We recently had Rockville Interiors replace our failing motorized shades and controls. We had the pleasure of working with Ilan Fulop on alternatives and approaches. His deep knowledge and experience were evident along with his professional and pleasant demeanor. Our overall system had the complication of a faulty home automation system. Ilan recommended and worked with a firm to refresh our system to cover shades and lights. Ilan was joined by project manager Richard Lea who kept us well informed and developed an excellent overall plan for both firms. The installation team was headed by Moises and was top-​notch. I would use this firm again and give them my highest recommendation.

I called Rockville Interiors for a cost estimate on specific blinds our designer had recommended for us, and the woman who answered the phone was impatient from the onset, and told me to email her so «she didn’t have to spend 30 minutes on the phone with me.» Customer service fail.

I have had three experiences with Rockville Interiors and all of them were excellent. I’ve worked with Ester for over 17 years and each time her taste has been on point, her recommendations thoughtful, and her sensitivity to my schedule without a hiccup. Most recently, I needed six dining room chair pads redone within a really short (10 day) timeframe. She pointed out that several of the chairs wobbled, which they did, and included in the order a refinishing and attention to the problem. The chairs were returned a day early and are absolutely perfect. I recommend them without reservation.
