For over one year quite happy with the service, until they bleached color out of my expensive shirts. Just when I thought I’d found an honest cleaners, the owner blamed it on «aftershave». Who wears aftershave in 2014? Recompense offered was about 5% of the cost of the shirts. Too bad, the young ladies who work here are nice and professional, but the owner is not as customer focused.
Would not recommend to anyone, anytime.

I was looking for a dry cleaner with same-​day service, which is when I found Williamsburg in the plaza with PetPeople on Detroit in Rocky River. The employees are very helpful and very nice. They were a little more expensive than my last dry cleaner, but the 20cents extra for boxing my husband’s shirts turned out to be well-​worth it! They are neatly folded and wrapped as if they were brand new: the easiest way to pack them into a suitcase. Plus, the drive-​thru is an amazing feature to have, especially when it’s raining.
