SCAM ALERT!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. The owner of this business is untrustworthy and does not stand by the poor quality of her work. My brother was unfortunate enough to purchase a diamond engagement ring here in January 2014. In June, his fiancée looked down one day and the diamond had completely fallen off the ring… THE ENTIRE MOUNT. This was clearly faulty work, as any woman who has a diamond ring would know… They don’t just fall off after 6 months! The owner claimed she must have hit it — she didn’t. Later, she offered to pay half for the same exact diamond, but tried to pass off a lesser quality diamond. When he questioned her about it, she became irate. People, I highly advise you all to go to a different place!!! They will take much better care of you and do better work.

I love Donovan and Co. The personal touch Amy gives you is great, you don’t get this kind of attention when you are at a big box store. Amy has great jewelry and watches. this place is a gem in Roscoe. :)
