Custom Eyes Optometry

I have pretty good eyesight, and have not been to an optometrist in quite awhile. Dr. Jennie Everett did a fantastic job in explaining to me the importance of eye care and regular eye exams. She was thorough, kind, and very patient with me and made me feel completely comfortable in her care. I will definitely be back. Although I didn’t need corrective lenses, I did purchase a pair of polarized sunglasses that were on sale which totally opened my eyes to a new way of seeing (pun intended). They even gave me a travel size cleaning solution and extra cleaning cloth for free.
I highly recommend this local business — great people, great service, and great lenses.

I made an appointment here for my annual eye exam and I also needed to get my lenses updated.
I found this family owned business to be very professional and easy to work with. They also helped me pick out a great pair of sunglasses for my daughter, that she absolutely loves.
The office is very clean and equipment all seems brand-​new.

I got my eye exam at another optometry office and they didn’t have a very big selection of glasses so I decided to stop in here. They had a great variety and were very helpful. Luckily I was able to find a pair that fit great and they had my prescription lenses in stock so I was out in about 30 minutes with glasses! It was a great experience and I would consider going there for my exams as well.

This is a great family business… I am so glad I found them through a groupon deal… which was an amazing value btw. They were very thorough and want to make sure I was completely happy. Very nice husband and wife team! I will definitely be back :)

I bought a groupon for Custom Eyes for a pair of glasses. It came with an eye exam and $ 150 to spend towards eye wear. These people really care about making sure you are taken care of.
They got my exam done right away and started cutting my lenses for my glasses. I couldn’t test my glasses because they dilated my eyes. The next morning I found out that the left lens was the incorrect prescription. They brought me in the next day, redid my exam and had my glasses ready the following day. They were very nice and really showed that they wanted to give me great service. Highly recommend them. They are GREAT!

I’ve been wearing contacts for almost 30 years, so I’ve dealt with a lot of optometrists over the years. This place, by far, has been the best out of them all. They are very professional & thorough & extremely friendly too. I will be returning for all of my future optometry needs.

My experience with Dr. Jenny Everett and her husband Brian have been nothing but excellent from the time I made my appointment, to saying our farewells with my brand new glasses. They took care of me from the very start. Before even stepping foot into their office they worked with my insurance (vsp) and was able to find out how much coverage I had for my exam and glasses. It was great to walk into my appointment with a budget, it made shopping for frames less stressful.
Dr. Everett walked me through the entire eye exam, she was very thorough and was letting me know what I should expect. Brian helped me pick out the perfect black frames. Poor guy had to deal with me asking him «how does this look?”& «what do you think?» a million times haha! He was really nice about it. They were able to make the pair right away & I got to leave with the perfect frames that day.
I’ve been LensCrafters, Stanton Optical & other independent optometrists in Stockton & Sacramento areas — which were pretty much crap service. I must say that I was extremely lucky to have found Jenny & Brian. I couldn’t have asked for better experience.

What a refreshing change from my prior optometrist. Amazing service from a husband/​wife team. I was not expecting to have my glasses the same day, but that is what happened. They also helped me to pick out an amazing pair of sunglasses. I will be back. Highly recommended.

I’ve never been to an optometrist that took as good care of me as Custom Eyes. Brian, at the front, was very personable while still being very professional. He also fixed the nose pad on my old glasses (purchased elsewhere) without me having to ask. Dr. Jennifer Everett listened to my concerns and spent quality time checking my eyes and giving me tips for my problem. She asked to see me back in a few days just to make sure the fix was working. After seeing me, she prescribed something different and asked to see me back again. So, for the price of a visit, she saw me three times (and wants to see me back one more time). I haven’t had an optometrist do that before either. Overall, I’m totally satisfied with my experience and am giving 5 stars without hesitation.
