If you complain about their service, even once, they never forget. They keep notes about «problem» customers on their computer.
They make the mistake, I point it out and I’m the one with the problem?

Terrible experience. These people are criminals running a store under the title of business owners. If I drop my clothes off with you, the least that should be done is that they are returned to me in the same shape that I gave them to you, not ruined.
This is especially if I am paying you for a service. My pants came back with a burn mark and all the lady could do is yell «Stain, stain, stain, stain!» because she cannot string together an actual english sentence. You cannot treat people this way and expect a successful business, its a wonder anyone goes in there.
Absolutely disgusting.

They’ve gotten the job done for me whenever I needed it. I dropped off my clothes one day early in the morning and needed them the same day. They were able to get them back to me later in the afternoon. They always do a great job.

Let’s see, what’s the basics for a cleaners:
1 — Takes your clothes, presses /​cleans them — check!
2 — Has your clothes ready when they say they will be — check!
3 — Can do short turn around when requested — check!
4 — Korean — check!
Ok, maybe Korean doesn’t have to be mandatory, but Ahjima and Ahjushee Dona great job over the past year for me.
Hint — smile and talk to them, if you’re a regular, you get better service.

Not so fresh and clean. They used to be so good when they first opened and now I have been there twice and received my clothes back smelling like old dirty locker room, what is that all about??? They have also raised the pricing, not for that kind of service.

This place is an absolute joke! I just moved here from San Jose and was looking for a dry cleaner for my dress that I just wore to a wedding. I had previously had this dress dry cleaned at a place in San Jose. When I walked in the man who I presume is the owner took my information and then looked at my dress. He said there was no way he could dry clean my dress because it was black and white. He said the black would dye the white and ruin it. I told him I had taken it to a cleaner before and he said no and that he couldn’t help me. He said I would have to take it to the place that did it in San Jose. What the hell.
I have never had a dry cleaner turn me away. If this is the kind of business they want to do then I guess I will take my money somewhere else. His loss I guess.

Employees that are unfriendly and ignore you, and an owner who is completely rude.

To work here you must be rude, unfriendly, and not look people in the eye. They were so rude to me when I dropped clothes off that I made my husband go with me to pick up his 3 shirts 6 DAYS later. The owner didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. We waited for a few minutes before another rude person from the back came up to help us. We told her the shirts looked good and she didn’t even respond. I’d rather iron the shirts myself than go back here. They lost our business.

My usual dry cleaners might be on the expensive side but they always get the job done.
Came here last Friday to pick up my clothes at 7:05 and it was closed (they close at 7), but saw one of the owners walking to their car. I asked if I could still get my clothes and he said yeah and opened the store up just for me.
Clothes always come out looking brand new and they offer 1 – 2 day turn around if you need it rushed. Try looking for coupons in the local ads for specials.
