Old Gold Exchange

I came here after going to Gold Rush on Sunrise and Madison to get a quote for 2 silver coins and 2 gold rings I’ve had for a long time. The offers were very close, and when I mentioned the offers I had gotten at the other store the sales clerk didn’t hesitate to beat the other store offer by a few bucks! He was extremely friendly and it was a very nice atmosphere! Where as the other store was more like a pawn shop, with nothing but a window to talk through. I was a lot more comfortable in the jewelry store atmosphere! Also the other store took about 3 minutes of time with me, where as Old Gold Exchange was willing to answer an and all questions I had and seemed a lot more sincere. If ever selling more jewelry I will definitely return!!! Also if you are looking to exchange instead of sell your jewelry they offer double the quote in store credit!

So easy to work with. I’ve sold gold other places by far best price and super friendly. Will be coming back!

I walked in yesterday and was treated by Kensly and dealt with her and Brian and I have to say that I was treated how customers used to be treated. It’s hard to find smiles and Respect in this day and age. As an individual and a small business owner here in town, I say Thank You Both. To everyone who reads this just go in for a smile.

i just traveled to several places that purchase gold and was stunned by price differences, so I traveled to Old Gold Exchange and was helped by a wonderful young lady by the name of Kensley, they not only matched someone elses price and gave me 10% more, i asked for an even $ 200 and she was more than glad to do it. these folks will get all my future business. Went here to sell some jewelry, Kensley was very helpful. We had a lot of old and unusual stuff from our mom and Kensley was very patient and informative. We felt like we got a good exchange for the jewelry we brought in and would recommend Old Gold Exchange for either buying or selling.

I come in here regularly to sell gold and silver, the guys here are very nice and pay a competitive price. I’m lucky that it’s right around the corner from my house, the only place I found willing to pay just as much was another gentleman in fair oaks. The store is very clean and they have nice jewelry on display.

This is the best place, by far, to sell your gold. I’ve found that prices here can be MUCH higher than the other gold buyers out there – and the Rhodes family who owns it is AWESOME! They make you feel at home and totally take care of you. LOVE this place! (They sell cool estate jewelry too!)
