Too many staff members standing around doing nothing when they’re busy. Expect to wait. No selection on a Saturday morning.

So many things wrong with this particular dd franchise. Never ever get a napkin The menu board prices do not reflect what they charge at window and they can’t validate it Seem to be prejudice by hiring only African Americans Prices go up every 4 to 6 months 50% of the time they screw up your order They are always fighting or arguing inside the place Today the coffee was old I hope the manager contacts me… sad to see this happen to what was a great am drive thru

Love this place and yes it is located across from the hospital… and next to CVS. Hot food and coffee… I don’t eat donuts but my daughter loves them. This location is my favorite. So is the staff.

After my experience I stopped coming to this location after going everyday almost for a year. I had a hair on the inside of my cup of coffee and the very disrespectful lady at the cash register did nothing. She simply told me how much it would be for another coffee. She didn’t even offer to replace it. I was completely disgusted.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Dunkin Donuts open up fairly near me. I’m addicted to Dunkin Donuts coffee and they’re creamer. This is my spot for my coffee. Very clean inside

What would make me feel better after an hour at the doctor … a pumpkin doughnut? I think so. And they are like potato chips, you cant just eat one, and i figured the family would appreciate the gesture. so i got a dozen of them. For being 3ish oclock they still had a very decent selection… had a few of the basics i was missing. but over all the staff was friendly and even gave me a doughnut on the house as a get well soon :) This location is also amazing in the morning. I used to frequent it 3 – 4 times a week for coffee through the drive through and it was impressive how fast they get you in and out.. Looking forward tremendously to the opening of the one on McFarland

When did donuts become so expensive? Both DD and Krispy Kreme charge relative fortunes for stuff that isn’t really food. It’s «food”-food, but you’d have some problems trying to live a healthy life eating it exclusively. I guess that’s true for every food, though. Anyway. This is a clean, bright shop. The employees were friendly. There are other things on the menu other than sweets, which I didn’t know. You can get breakfast or sandwiches, although there are 100 places within a 5-minute driving radius that would better sources of real food. This location seems to be a popular place for older folks to loiter. There were several with books, newspapers, and tablets sitting around with coffees, and they looked like they had been there a while and would be there for a longer while. There’s a Hardee’s in my hometown that serves the same purpose.

The food and coffee is what you’d expect from a Dunkin Donuts but the service is less than average. Orders get messed up often with no apology.
