Hardee’s

It’s great to have the great customer service and excellent food at Hardee’s Roswell, Ga.
The stop by this morning was a pleasure, I was met by friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Customer service that I remember from 25 or 30 years is NOW at the Roswell Hardee’s.
Very nice and I will return with family to enjoy a nice clean pleasant place to eat. Must be new management, the entire atmosphere was very inviting and enjoyable.

Went to the Holcomb bride location wanting 2 milkshakes. Terrible service waited 15 minutes in the drive thru then proceeded to go in and they could even scoop the ice cream out and didn’t even have gloves. It grossed me out. I left without my milkshakes after paying. The two people that are running that restaurant clearly don’t know how to properly operate it.

I wish I had turned the burger just a little for the picture. Went to Hardee’s and it took way to long. The girl from the counter stopped by the table apologized for it taking too long. I think what had happened is they brought in the food stylist to make my lunch. Might have been the most perfect Hardee’s ever, complete with a free fried pie.

SHOCK AND AWE!
We had just left a really dirty restaurant when my daughter suggested that we try this one. She assured me that it was clean so I trusted her opinion as she has eaten here on a couple of occasions and knows that I am particular.
The restaurant is very clean, and open. The recent health inspection score was posted in clear view and is 96. We approached the counter and placed our order, chicken strips, onion rings and a chocolate shake.
Our shake was delivered immediately and was cold, smooth delicious and most importantly not too sweet. The chicken strips were delivered a short time later and were smoking hot and absolutely delicious. They were very lightly breaded and tasted like something that i would have made in my own kitchen. The onion rings were delivered before we finished our strips and this was not a problem because we were still eating and just enjoying our conversation. Naturally the rings were delivered very hot and fresh and I really liked the beer batter used to batter the rings.
Now «Don’t Get It Twisted»! because you will have to wait for your food. If you want it delivered hot and fresh, you must be prepared to wait. If you want it fast, rushed and sloppily prepared go elsewhere.
Customer service was on point! Winning!

The food is good for fast food chain restaurant. The service is just extraordinarily slow. You will wait 15 to 20 minutes for your food unless it’s breakfast then 5 minutes. I wish they could pick up the pace. But hey that’s what you get at Hardees.

Went through the drive thru and was told to come inside to order. I backed up my car and went inside. The manager that was there at the cashier looked like she did not want to be there. She told me the drive thru was not available because it was only her and one other person working in the restaurant? She was pretty rude and the cheeseburger I ate was not the usual Hardee’s burger. I will not come to this location again.

11÷3÷14 Follow up — there was no response to the card I left in the box. I’m not surprised. This place deserves to close down.

I enjoy the food. I hate the slow and lazy people that work here. It’s a disgrace that such a great place has employees that are slower than running maple syrup. We waited 40 minutes for a PLAIN «JELLY» BISCUIT, BACON&CHEESE BISCUIT, and 2-​PACK CINNAMON&RAISIN BISCUIT.
I got a biscuit with no jelly, and had to wait an extra 5 minutes for the cinnamon and raisin biscuit.

Love this place, the food is good, nice friendly staffs, will come back again.

Disgusting! It’s lunch time and I could understand is there was a rush… but there isn’t. I see about 5 people working. Only two seem to be really doing anything.
The place is a mess. Not one table is clean, the ketchup dispenser is empty and no one cares. They just gave me a packet. The drink area looks like it blew up. To top it all off, it’s freezing in here.
They came out to clean the drink area finally. It over flowed and flooded the floor. The manager is out here mopping with one hand while the staff laughs it up. One worker shouts out on his way to the bathroom. looks like you don’t need a manager, you need a man. Wow.
The food… I was surprised by how good it was for fast food. It actually tastes like a real burger. I’ll be back and hopefully I’ll be able to give a better review.

This was my second time having Hardee’s ever, and I ordered their charbroiled BBQ chicken sandwich. I loved the BBQ flavor with the chicken.
The thing that I am very impressed with Hardee’s is how massive their sandwiches/​burgers are compared to your traditional fast food restaurant. Seriously, if you are hungry and have limited moolah, Hardee’s is the place to be.
The thing that I am also impressed with (in a bad way) is how long I had to wait in the drive thru. Seriously, it was probably close to 10 minutes. That’s ridiculous.

Food was good but you know you are at Hardee’s when it takes 20 minutes in the drive thru lane. I will return here but not hit up the drive thru. Every Hardee’s I’ve ever been to, the drive thru can be a very long wait regardless of the amount of cars.

Brand new Hardee’s opened in December on Holcomb Bridge next to CVS about a mile west of 400. Kicked it off right with a 100 rating and dining room is super clean, well lit, and service was prompt and courteous. For all your Monster Burger cravings!
