This is a cool store to get any of your sports needs. I’ve gotten numerous softball gloves here and have always had great employees to help me with my purchases. My brother enjoys coming here to get his stuff for football every year. The selection isn’t quite as big as a Dick’s Sporting Goods, but they have a lot of good products. Sign up for their rewards and they will text, email, and mail you coupons to use on your purchases. They do specials on their shoes and socks so look out for those deals and always check the clearance racks to maximize your savings.

Well stocked and well staffed and if a tad pricey. Against all odds considering the demographics, this is the closest full-on sporting goods store for much of East Cobb and North Fulton. They do a good job with the smallish space, particularly with specialized stuff. Scored a football facemask hardware kit for example, something I thought for sure I’d have to go online to find. Also have a good selection of mouthpieces and such — the sort of stuff that you NEED to have, but do not have a ton of time to find. Otherwise, sox and undergear are a big go-to, the shoe selection OK, but not the sort of deep inventory you might want. Might drive further for a bigger selection on cleats, etc. Do aim to have local school colors in stock, which is an absolute bonus. Swing by if you are in the area — probably will have what you need.

This is a smaller format sporting goods store. It is clean. The employees were über helpful. The selection of shoes were unique and they had the sizes we were looking for. It may be cost a modest amount more to shop here; but if I can avoid the mall or some over-sized big box sports store selling kayaks and such… I’m in. I like Hibbett.

So I gave Hibbert a two star for two reasons: 1. Small selection(when compared to the big sporting goods stores). 2. High prices. Less selection should mean lower prices, not the other way around. I’ll have to be in a real need of the convenience factor to go back. The employees seemed nice enough, but didn’t go out of the way to help either. Hibbert kind of reminds me of this review — just kind of there taking up space…
