Kincaid Orthodontics

I highly recommend Dr Kincaid. My daughter is very comfortable with him and his staff. She is generally shy with new people, especially dentists, doctors, etc. They put her at ease quickly. Also, they have a good strategy to lessen the pain of wearing braces and appliances.

Dr. Kincaid and his staff are very personable and friendly, and don’t rush their time with you. I did a lot of research about pricing, visited three orthodontists before Dr. Kincaid, and his approach to orthodontics and his very reasonable pricing sold me!
I can’t say enough good things about this Dr. Keep up the good work — you are a credit to your profession!

What can I say? I LOVE Dr. Kincaid and his ENTIRE staff! They are so professional! My elementary school aged son became a customer of Kincaid Orthodontics a year ago. I was so impressed by the service and the appearance of his teeth that I decided to become a metal mouth as well. During my decision making process to make the leap into braces as an adult, it was a no brainer to choose Dr. Kincaid. He explained the process in mutually intelligible language… and he made me feel at ease with the experience. Moreover, he didn’t try to kill me with the cost; his prices are VERY reasonable. (I even received a discount because of my son) During the snow and ice storm in January 2011, Natalie, the office manager emailed us BEFORE the actual storm to rearrange appointments in anticipation of road closures. Each day, she would email us with appointment updates. Dr. Kincaid and his staff opened later in the week on their «off day» to take patients. I had an appointment with another doctor during that week as well. No one called to inform me of anything; I was in limbo and had to «track them down» to reschedule my appointment. In the words of my son, «An appointment with Dr. Kincaid is a truly professional experience.»

Dr. Kincaid has the magic touch. He is the truly the best. My teeth look superb and I love my «Kincaid smile.»
Dr. Kinaid is so friendly and caring; he really understands the patient and connects with them, making it a fun experience. The wonderful staff is accommodating, Natalie and all the girls are just so much fun and make you feel at home.
If you want perfect teeth, stop looking because you found the perfect orthodontist to give you the smile of your dreams!
