Bliss Med Spa and Salon

Bliss Salon is a very cute salon, located in downtown Round Rock. I’ve been coming here for almost a year and really enjoy seeing Michelle. I get a variety of treatments from her. I love that she’s real and down to earth. She won’t ever sell you anything you don’t need. I highly recommend this place!

I purchased a Groupon for Balayage highlights from Bliss Med Spa and Salon. The ad failed to let you know that it was not recommended that you have zero color in your hair prior to purchasing the coupon with the Balayage option. When I called to make my appointment, I was told by a mildly condescending receptionist (later identified as Michelle) that it would turn my hair orange. I was happy to find out prior to getting the treatment since I had no idea and was happy to have a professional to ask questions to even though I felt a little like a child being scolded. I was told I’d be compensated for the extra cost of my Groupon for getting a different treatment and went ahead and booked a session with Lisa.
All in all, I’d say I’m okay with my end result. I ended up getting all over highlights, a cut, conditioning, and all over color. Not what I originally wanted but it’s not terrible. A basic service but done very well and professionally. I just had my heart set on something specific but was disappointed I wasn’t even given much advice on how to go about getting balayage highlights in the future or if they were even going to be an option for me. It wasn’t clear to me how someone is supposed to get balayage highlights (requiring no color treated hair) yet maintain coverage of grey hair with an all over color treatment. I asked a few questions but never really got a true answer. Lisa was sweet, informative, and attentive when we were one on one.
Only thing that bothered me a bit was how the stylists interacted with each other apart from me and the amount of industry gossip happening around me. A little unprofessional in my opinion but maybe a sign of an extra comfortable work environment since they all seemed to be good friends and long time co-​workers. Its just that I came in to get my hair done not hear about how terrible a former coworker Andrea was to deal with and listen to them laugh at her current job position at another salon or how dumb they thought another prospective Groupon customer’s question was after she called to book an appointment. Makes you wonder what they said about my questions or about other customers once they’ve hung up the phone. Overall, I obviously have mixed feelings about my entire experience. There was some good and some not so good things. One thing is for sure: I won’t be back.

Kim has been cutting my hair for longer than I care to admit! She always does a great with my color and is willing to get crazy with me when it comes to trying out new cuts. Give her a try and you will go back for more!

Just had a hair appointment with Lisa and I’m so happy with the results. This is the best hair experience I have had in a long time. Thank you to all the staff at Bliss and Thank you Lisa for doing such an amazing job. Hopefully we can work towards getting my hair to the shade of blonde I had in mind.

This Salon and Boutique is just adorable! Beyond the cut aesthetics… there are serious treatments happening here. I see Michelle and WOW she is worth the 45 minute drive… trust me. Great prices, easy parking and you’ll go nuts wanting to buy all of the cut things here!

So happy to find Bliss Salon, the people are really friendly, the salon is cute. I had a great haircut from Lisa. I will be making another appointment.

Michelle has been doing my Botox injections for about 3 years. I think she has been doing injections for about 15 years. The results have been amazing. Appointments are easy to get. Her Spa & Salon is always fresh and clean. It’s a cool little house across from City Hall downtown. Awesome vibe and the rest of the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend their services to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place. Michelle and Kimmie are wonderful. Started seeing Kimmie in April of this year for my hair. She is great at listening to you concerns and gave me the best cut, color and highlight I ever had. Will never go to anyone else. Michelle is also fantastic. She is great at what she does and doesn’t try to provide a service that she doesn’t think is good for your skin. Recently had my eyeliner tattooed with Michelle. Couldn’t of been happier. Wish I had done this sooner.

AMAZING! I had my eyelashes done by Carol Shave using a Groupon and they look gorgeous! I did a ton of research and was a little nervous because the Groupon price was so low, but they look fabulous. She put single strand lashes on, and you cannot see any glue, they look so natural and WOW at the same time. I would highly recommend Carol, she was professional and answered all of my questions and really knows what she is doing.

I visited the salon and I had my baby boy with me. The staff was very nice and welcomed us. I was very excited to get my partial highlights after I purchased a groupon but well… I had a picture and I showed Andrea that I want a lighter brown highlights (knowing my hair is dark brown and I specifically mentioned that I just need it a little bit lighter from my original hair color). I walked out with orange/​copper hair locks :/​I think if I had blonde hair, the result would have been okay but for a brunette, I’m not sure…

I LOVE LOVE this place. i have been going there few times now to get botox with Michelle, and i love the results. she knows her stuff and her product are def working :)
i just recently saw Andrea to get a hair cut. she is so cute and talented. everyone including my self love my new hair du … can’t wait to get back :) definitely recommending!

Love Michelle! Best facial, microdermabrasion and photo facial in town!!! She is an expert in her field, and has great customer service, you will leave 100% satisfied. Highly recommend visiting Bliss for all your skincare needs.

Let me start by saying STAY AWAY FROM ANDREA!!! She stood me up at her salon twice! She sent me a text the second time that said sorry something came up. She is so unprofessional and I was minutes away from writing this place off when Kim walked up to the front to check on me. Kim was with a client and after one glance at her book I could tell she couldn’t get me in. She was booked everyday until 6 but after she heard what had happened Kim said she would stay as late as she needed to so that I could get my hair done for Christmas. Kim is an angel and her clients love her. I will come to her from now on and I encourage everyone to come to her as well! Andrea gets negative 5 stars but Kim is this place’s saving grace!

I just love this place! It’s in a quaint little house. Besides salon services, you can shop for jewelry, home décor and much more. If you need a little perking up, see Michelle. She’s the best.
