The Beauty Dive

I went back to take my son in for a brow wax. He normally gets them down at a nail salon, but they had a back to school special and he desperately needed to not look like Sasquatch for the first day of school. They were super great and gentle with him. The wax they use is very different from what some other places and didn’t leave him as red as the others. I will not be going back not only for my hair, but his brows too.
On a side note, I am glad they didn’t make him smell or feel girly.

Just finished my wax job and didn’t notice there was still hairs left everywhere until I looked in the mirror in my car. The lighting in the room was so poor that I «thought» it looked great. The place was adorable, but I paid for a wax job, where I still have hair on my lip & strays on my eyebrows. I hope things change, because the owner was very nice, but will not be coming back.

Great place, friendly owner. Got My eyebrows waxed and they seriously never looked better. Got a pedicure and it was really well done but I love massage chairs so I probably wont get them done here again. They do have these big comfy sofa chairs, so I wasn’t uncomfortable. Its great to support local businesses, I will go back again for eyebrows and maybe a facial.

Don’t go here if you want a good pedicure. While the chairs are comfortable, they do not have massage chairs. They seat you in a regular armchair with your feet in a container of lukewarm water. My entire pedicure lasted less than 20 minutes. Basically, all that was done was a foot soak, nail file, a 2 minute massage and nail painting. The employees were very friendly and they did offer wine but I would rather spend a few dollars less at a regular nail salon and get a full service pedi.
Adding: I think the standard response of looking into any issues a cutomer may have expeienced is what we expect, but the rant below is par for the course. I hope your business succeeds, but I am afraid that this negative response to customer feedback will not be recieved well by readers. I’d ecourage you to allow someone to respond in a less emotional manner.

Loli gave me a great manicure, I am new in the area and was looking for a good manicurist and a place that you feel welcome. Well, I found it! I loved the ambiance.
I will definitely return.

I’m truly picky on who does my hair but I have to say Tara is by far the best hair stylist that I have come in contact with. I was very worried about doing a keratin treatment on my hair but it turned out more than amazing. It made my hair really soft, bouncy and just more manageable especially in the mornings, truly changed my life. If you need someone that knows how to do hair for ALL again ALL types of hair, please go see Tara! You will not be disappointed… promise!

I just went to the Beauty Dive yesterday after I had bought a groupon for salon services. The place is super cute and Tara cut and styled my hair and I absolutely love it! She was so nice and did exactly what I wanted and better! I’m new to the area so I’m excited to have found a great stylist!

Amanda is a wonderful hair tech, great products and skill. Super cute and chic salon, only thing missing is a glass of wine :)

The Beauty Dive is a great spot for a little pampering & relaxation. Quaint restored home in downtown Round Rock. Selected the Top Shelf Pedicure while sitting back to watch Breakfast at Tiffany’s in very comfy chairs. Finished off my visit with a waxing service. Very clean setups, with very friendly staff in a cool little place. I’ll definitely be back for these services & maybe a facial next time
