Thanks for getting back to me. As I said earlier, just getting 2 passport photos for free would be useless for me. I would have to renew my passport with better pictures. If you can compensate for that, please let me know. That would be additional $ 110. Please learn to take pictures!

I was having a terrible time of trying to print, notarize and over night a document. The staff here got me taken care of at minimal cost and zero frustration. In fact, the customer service was so amazing, he diffused the frustration I walked in with. JUST, THANK YOU.

After experiencing great amounts of frustration trying to ship a tiny package at a nearby store ($ 12 to ship a 5″ x 4″ x 1″ box weighing less than 2 ounces? As if!!!), I came here because I frequent the Randall’s next door. The man helping me was extremely polite and even printed a new shipping label for me because my handwriting wasn’t that clear. The total was a little over $ 3, and as I reached for my credit card he said, «Oh, I’m sorry, we don’t allow card transactions under $ 5.» I was pretty peeved because there wasn’t any posted sign about this anywhere visible in the store, and I didn’t have cash so I’d have to go somewhere else instead! When I picked up my package in frustration, he took it from me and said, «No, it’s ok. Don’t worry about it,» and processed my order anyway. This is EXACTLY the kind of customer service I expect from businesses I frequent, and I was so relieved I didn’t have to go anywhere else.
Kudos to these guys! Five stars for kick ass customer service. I’ll be coming back here for all my mail needs. :)

Great, friendly customer service. I purchase my Circle E candles from this annex. If the fragrance I like isn’t in stock the owner orders them for me and calls me when they arrive. Super friendly and very helpful.

Great place — always very helpful and the owner (Sheila) is super friendly and courteous. They are always willing to help address whatever shipping need you have, help box stuff, make sure it’s packed right, etc. Would highly recommend this over just going to the Post Office. In fact our local post office is closer than the Postal Annex and I drive right past it to get the great service from these folks.

I happened upon this store when I was looking for a notary. I am so happy I found them! I won’t go to the post office again! The owners are incredibly nice. She remembered my name and where I lived. Another customer came in behind us and she knew him and asked how his daughter was. She takes the time to get to know her customers like business owners used to. They are extremely nice and VERY helpful. I was able to ship all of my packages (both UPS and USPS) at the same time in half the time it would take me at the post office. I have been using them for over a year now and am very happy with the service every time!!!

My husband has a mailbox here. He has been very pleased with the service he’s received from the owners. They are always super friendly and the rates are great.
There are several benefits to having a box here rather than the post office. You get an actual street address rather than a PO box #, which looks more professional. Also, you can get UPS and FedEx shipments here.
