Never had bad service here, but its Sonic…

SMH! Not a clue here. Worst bunch of kids ever. No common sense, courtesy or intelligence. Who are there parents and where’s the management. They are the reflection of you.

Person taking the order was extremely rude. Super unnecessary, but food was okay. Nothing special about Sonic.

I have no idea what is wrong with this Sonic. Although a majority of the locations take forever to get you your stuff, this one really takes the cake. I’ve found myself waiting over 10 minutes in the drive-​thru more than once. Uh, guys, I’m using the drive-​thru because I want it to be quick service. If I wanted to sit in my car for over 10 minutes, I’d just park and order… but in the drive-​thru the only difference is that you get to waste your gas. My favorite part is when I’m not even acknowledged and wait 2 – 3 minutes at the speaker before someone even talks to me. Or when I FINALLY get up to the window and they ignore me for another 5 minutes before even realizing I’m there. I kept coming back here because I try really hard to give second chances. They got third, fourth and fifth chances, because the location was right by where I live. No more chances. I will go out of my way to drive to another Sonic that at least has it a little bit more together when it comes to the service.

I can not stand this place. The only reason I’ve been a handful of times is because it’s close to my work and I believe in second chances. This is definitely the slowest sonic I’ve ever been to and literally every single time I have gone something has been wrong on my order. One time I ordered a simple water with lemon. Not only did I wait 20 minutes to get it, they didn’t have the lemon! It takes a lot of stupidity or laziness to mess up such a «complex» order but boy do them manage to do so. They won’t be getting my business anymore.

The crew works fast and is always the nicest bunch of people! The food is alway hot and fast! They always get my complicated drinks just perfect, something that other locations just can’t do!

This is a slow Sonic! Plan accordingly.,.

So i’ve been putting off writing this review because of two reasons. One you give a place a chance to make it up, second I don’t do fast food. Only reason I stop here is to catch the occasional happy hour Ice Teas. Well a couple of months ago something happened here and this place just plain has gone to I don’t seem to care about the customer hell. The last three times I’ve waited 15 min’s for a coke, 20 mins for an Ice Tea and today the last straw 20 mins for a coke. This is not to mention the 5 to 10 min wait just to order when it’s not even busy.

So Sonic, you know that every once in awhile I crave bacon. And two times now, you have left out the bacon on the bacon cheeseburger. Of course I didn’t find out until I was back at home with no intention of going all the way back to Sonic.
Do I try for a third time, or just try somewhere else?
