It’s my first time here and the reason why I came to this salon was because I wanted to chop off my long hair and get a short bob and this place was recommended by my fiancée. I was pretty nervous because I have alot of hair and it’s been such a long time since I had a short haircut and I want to make sure I go to someone who really knows what they’re doing. Johnny was the one who cut my hair n he sure did his magic! Not only is he a great hair stylist but also a pretty cool guy. He likes to challenge himself, he is creative, and gives great advice! He won’t just tell u what u want to hear. He is very honest. If you aren’t afraid of letting go and just let him do what he thinks is best for ur hair then he is your guy! He did an asymmetrical bob n I’m loving it! LOVE my new hair for the new year! ;)

I hate to do this but I can only give this place 2 stars. The salons a nice, clean place with a modern vibe to it, but Fanny rarely picks up or returns my boyfriends calls and texts, making it impossible for him to schedule an appointment with her.
It’s a shame because my boyfriend is EXTREMELY PICKY about which hair stylist he goes to, but he liked Fanny! I’ve lost count of how many different places and hair stylists he’s seen in the 626 area, and when he finally found Fanny, he was actually happy with the haircut she gave him!
The second time he tried making an appointment with Fanny in June, she told him she wasn’t going to be in the salon until July. So, we decided to try Johnny. Johnny was super friendly and gave my boyfriend a nice cut, but he still liked his haircut from Fanny more. But what was messed up was when we went into the salon… Fanny was there doing another customer’s hair. So she basically lied to my boyfriend about not being in the salon… Why couldn’t she just tell him she’s booked up and couldn’t schedule him until July?
After calling and texting for a third try recently, Fanny told my boyfriend she’ll call him back during business hours the next day. But she never did. And she never responded his text either. So he gave up and is now on the hunt again for a go-​to hair stylist.
Fanny is very skilled and she may be professional when you get the chance to work with her, but she’s not professional when it comes to scheduling and making her customers feel valued.

Been going here for quite a number of years now, once in a while I cheat and try someone else but I always come back. To be fair, it’s only while on vacation and wanting to get pampered lol. She’s been amazing and helped bring my hair back from a horrible bleaching incident to healthy hair again. Fanny has great talent for both long and short hair, as well as men’s cuts. She did raise her prices recently but… Still cheaper than most other places.
I haven’t had anything else done other than cut and color because I don’t really see anyone but I have to cover the grey, but from the looks of other clients getting fancier do’s, she does a pretty good job. Everyone seems pretty satisfied.
The best thing I like about her hair cuts is that they look great even when they grow out. A lot of places just look good when you leave and then the next day it’s a mess. She’ll even shampoo and style as part of the cost. Can’t go wrong.
This place is turning a new leaf, it used to be called Mary’s Beauty Salon and look like your typical hair salon. It’s all trendy and nice now!

Fanny does the best job of digital perm. My friend recommanded her to me years ago. I am so happy I found her. I am very picky about the hair cut and perm. I have a long Asian hair. I like my hair to have natural curl and big wave. Fanny know exactly what I want. When I have other hair dressers perm my hair gets dry. When Fanny does it, my hair stays healthy. So, I don’t care how far I have to drive to see her. I have been going to Fanny for years and I always got complement when I have her does my hair. Fanny is fun and super easy going girl. She got booked fast so I always call her two or three weeks ahead of time.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. Call Fanny. She’s the best!!! Love her! :)

Fanny is very professional and friendly. I like the environment there and the price is fair. Would recommend you to give it a try~
