Church’s Chicken

The worse place I’ve ever been to!!! I pulled up to pay and get my food and they tell me my card won’t work so I said I’ll be right back to see if it would work at the atm and i got money out of the atm so I know there is nothing wrong with my card. Then I pulled back around to pay now for the second time and they told me they sold my whole order and that I would have to wait 15 min to get my food, then after all is said and done I reorder everything since it wasn’t even on file and they tell me that they have no Mac and cheese when I just ordered it less then 2 minutes ago first time. Seriously the worse place you can ever go you are better off ordering food at the gas station next door. I WILL never go to this location again and I will be contacting cooperate.

Churches food keeps going up in price but it’s still good. My only issue is that it takes forever to get your food! Other than that great customer service and please remember to make sure you ask for ketchup and napkins bc apparently it’s not a must for them to supply anything other than the food you order.

It’s 100 degrees in here and we have already waited 15 minutes just to get 3 chicken sandwiches and with no one else in line.

Stopped here to get chicken on my way home after it first opened and the chicken was dry and looked and tasted old. When I got home, my order was wrong and I had to drive back to get my sides (all of them). Never again!!!

Terrible service! Went inside to order a simple 20 piece meal… wow! What I thought was simple, turned out to be an ordeal. They couldn’t figure out that the 20 piece comes with 4 sides (not 3), comes with 8 biscuits (not 6), they don’t understand English, refuse to give a receipt… then when I mentioned I was missing 2 biscuits, the «Manager» took my box of biscuits and replaced them with 6 drumsticks and I didnt know this until I got home! Ughh… they don’t listen when you order and the little girl behind the corner was rolling her eyes at my friend and I during the order process. Took over 25 minutes to get our order too… go to Popeye’s or Chicken Express… food is great here, service sucks and you wont get your whole order.
