I realllly like Jersey Mike’s style of sandwiches. I’m a usual #7 fiend, it’s my favorite and what I’ve gotten nearly every time for years, so I feel like I know Jersey Mike’s pretty well. Jersey Mike’s is my #1 favorite fast food sandwich shop, by far, but this location is just meh. Meh enough to where I’m tempted to just get Firehouse or hell, even Subway from now on. We went in on a cold night about a week ago and I wanted a warm sandwich. Feeling adventurous, I asked them how the meatball sandwich was. Funny teenagers behind the counter said it tasted like a meat ball. I asked if it was good and they replied, if I like meat balls I’d like this sandwich. I asked if they would get it and they said probably not, but if you want a meatball sandwich you can get one. *eyes narrowed* So I got a #7, my usual, turkey and provolone. I’m glad I got to watch them make my sandwich because they also look like the type of little assholes who would loogie in my sandwich if they had the chance also. I wish someone grown up worked at this location, because every time I go in there’s been some funny teenager behind the counter who acts like they don’t give a shit about you or your #7(or meatball sandwich). Mr. Mike, are you listening? Halp.

We have been at this location twice and both times Josh has gone above and beyond to make recommendations on food and had a great attitude. Thanks Josh!

My Reuben(#20) had great flavor; but very little meat, and almost no sauerkraut! If there had been more inside the sandwich; I would’ve loved it. As served; if you love plain BREAD, this sandwich would be OK. My wife had one of the chicken sandwiches, and hers had a little more meat — with only average taste.(I suggest going to Firehouse Subs.)

I’ve never been to Jersey Mike’s in Rockwall but a friend at work went there yesterday and brought me a giant«Famous Philly». This was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a LONG time. I’m single and hate to cook so this is going on my list of places to get lunch on special occasions, which is any day ending with a «Y».

First time here and I had heard good things, but they forgot to make all three of our sandwiches. We went up to the counter and the cashier dismissed us and said they were coming. The people who were in line behind us were through eating so we went up again. When they saw us standing there they started making them. I had asked for some oregano, but they didn’t bother to do that either. They kept trying to act like it wasn’t a mistake and didn’t even apologize. It was horrible.

I have mixed reviews about this location they have several times gotten our order wrong and it is always when I have to call it in because the online ordering is not working. Twice now I’ve ordered a giant with only turkey, provolone and mustard but this seems like a hard concept to get and my son gets a sandwich loaded with tomatoes and lettuce and salt n pepper and oils. I all for one size and recieve another. We like their sandwiches well enough but with how many sandwich shops there are in Rockwall they aren’t making an effort to be in the top running. We’ve had a few other issues with ordering once the online ordering allowed us to order and pay and when we showed up the store was closed so no food for us lol… We did get a refund later in the week so at least that cleared up. Final thoughts this location is just ok, they are def not great.

The sandwiches are delicious. I never used to use oil and vinegar on my sandwiches but they have changed this. I always get the #5 on wheat and it is yummy! Service is always great and they are really friendly.

Ive been to jersey mikes in the past an i have to admit when my dad suggested we stop in for lunch i wasnt sure if i was ready to give them a second chance In the past i tried them a few times an it was expensive an the food was boring under flavored an over priced . Im glad i gave them another shot. This location is in a rich white neighborhood ! My food was fantastic service was great portions were bigger fast service im very impressed with this location There freshed baked bread was 3 times the size of other locations they used better quality meat Try the chesesteak with extra meat an chese. Its not cheap but at this location it was worth the price . Ps never Eat Jersey mikes in a bad neighborhood bc you will be very disappointed

First try here. I was honestly still hungry after my sandwich but I am breastfeeding so it’s similar to being pregnant and I guess this is why. I only got the kids meal, my sandwich, my drink and Cheetos. It was a little over $ 13.00. Unless it’s just me, I thought it was pricey for a minimal amount(not a combo) of food but it was tasty. I like how they put dry seasonings on the sandwich. I had the popular turkey provolone sandwich and I wish it was bigger because I ate that thing fast!

I enjoyed my first Jersey Mike’s in late 2014 and went back several times. And I even ordered from their app right on my phone. I enjoyed the Big Kahuna and the Original Italian. However, each sandwich had less toppings as the one before it, and I began to question the value of the sandwich. Then, my from the app orders began to run slow. The last time I was there, my pre-paid order sat on the shelf while they serviced the 7 people in line. Fifteen minutes later, they simply reached back for my sandwich and said thank you when they handed it to me. I won’t bother trying them again until they install a «to go» counter.

Terribly excited to see that I don’t have to drive into Dallas to visit Jersey Mike’s! The servers have all been pleasant and efficient and the place is kept clean. Typical JM quality, fresh veggies and they don’t skimp on the condiments, specifically oil & vinegar! In fact, I’d almost say they put too much on(better than too little, e.g. Lenny’s).

I went in there last night to get me and my wife a Philly cheese steak and I can say that it was a cheesesteak but very well over price $ 12.75 for the big kahuna when they say the kahuna I am thinking it’s going to be over stuff with meat and peppers and everything on it wrong answer not worth $ 12.75 if you want to get a good cheese steak go to Lennys in Rockwall lot of meat on their cheesesteak and for half the price.

Excellent sandwitch. Great cheesesteaks that are the real deal. Subs with nice amount of meat make the proper way on great rolls. Enjoy.
