Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Normally the people who work here aren’t very nice but Chamee the shift manager was nice and when I asked about a flavor they didn’t have out offered to get it from the back I was craving the snickers ice cream so I really appreciated it! This location really needs more happy friendly people!!!

Positive: The ice cream is really really good. Negatives: service is really really slow. By the time I get to the front of the line I have to decide whether I’m still in the mood for ice cream or not. And with the obese and super trashy and ghetto people who ordered pints of ice cream and smoothies in front of me with their super obese kids next to them with stains all over their shirts, my appetite is usually lost. If you’re looking to enjoy a sweet treat, you may find the grocery store ice cream section and the ambiance of your own home the best place to enjoy it.

My boyfriend and I were desperate for a ice cream fix this past weekend. Originally we were going to go to Gunther’s Ice Cream but the line was ridiculously long. So we settled for you Baskin Robbins of W El Camino Ave. You truly let us down. Despite your establishment being filled with several customers that night we definitely decided to pass on your ice cream and immediately walk out when we noticed gnats circling inside your scoop station amongst the ice cream. Yuck! I elbowed my boyfriend and asked if the gnats were on the inside or the outside of the scoop station for confirmation. We both exchanged sickening expressions once he pressed on the glass to squash the bugs and they continued to fly around.
Thanks, but no thanks. We will not be back.

Went in and the only girl/​person working was on the phone. As far as I know she may still be… I left! It is cold outside and you have no customers, Wait on the one that comes in!!!

OK, so let me tell you about this Baskin Robins … First off no matter what time you go in there you will find Ice cream stains on the floor. This is the only Ice Cream spot where I fill like I need a bath when I leave. The boss is a slum lord and if it wasn’t for the nice employees the place would probably be shut down. Not to mention that they have a resident homeless person out front to ask for money every time I go. He is there more than the darn associates in the place. He is nice but Damn. can a brotha get a break… NO I Don’t HAVE A DOLLAR. and what gives you the audacity to ask for a dollar. dude step you game up and ask for «any extra money» And the answer will still be no because the government is taking all the additional money I would like to have.
