Pizza and delivery was great today! Thank you for getting me a delicious pizza. I can always count on pizza hut to satisfy my pizza cravings.

Horrible experience! 1 star is more than what is deserved. 4 hours later, many attempts to contact the restaurant (no one answering), finally getting a hold of someone, not having what I ordered, then losing my order, not answering their phone again with multiple attempts, calling again finally getting a hold of someone and asking to speak with a manager and being left on hold for almost 7 minutes, incompetent workers, being told it could take a week to refund my money. We finally got our pizza. Stay away from this place at all cost. This restaurant should be shut down from my experience and what is being communicated in prior comments. Pizza Hut, I suggest you send someone to this licensee to get them up to standard and get it together. Horrible representation of your brand! The only positive out this was the poor delivery driver, who was very polite and apologetic. Sounds like he was left to put out all the fires of poor management and an operational mess…

I am very irritated with my service from this Pizza Hut. My pizza arrived 40 minutes after they said it would and then one of my pizzas was not even cut. The other one was burnt and so were my bread sticks. Needless to say I’m not satisfied with my service.

This place gets no stars. Ordered by phone, said it would be hour to hour and 15. Called back in hour and half, pizza still there. They tell me it will be another hour. The person over the phone was a lier. Think she may have been an imbicil. Never again for pizza hut. This site made me rate a star. Stupid.

Two words: They Stink! 3 hours to get a pizza I ordered online. And was lied to on the follow up call.

Place sucks ass. Major ass! Boyfriend and I ordered their bread bone-​in wings (8 pieces) Now, it’s my first time in over 10 years. The lady seemed scared and she was shaking, could tell by her voice. My boyfriend is haitan and has dreads, he’s not that scary.
Now, it’s $ 8 for 8 wings and we got two orders. She showed us and went home. Our wings were half-​cooked. And decided to toss em’ out. Why should I keep eating them, I can get sick!
I called to complain, the woman over the phone sounded high as shit because she was talking slow. I mean, I get high too but why the fuck on the job??? To where you sound like you’re in 4^th grade.
Told her and she said if we were to keep it and bring it back, we could’ve got a new order. YOU WANT ME TO GO IN MY APARTMENTS DUMPSTER AND GRAB A COUPLE BONES AND HALF COOKED WINGS AND DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK SO I CAN SEE YOUR STUPID FACE!!! AGAIN?
She said she can’t do nothing about it. I should’ve asked for the manager but didn’t want to waste any time. Though, the pieces I ate were good.

This Pizza Hut sucks. Everytime we’ve ordered for delivery pizza doesn’t come for at least 2 hours. And at first we thought maybe because it’s the weekend and they’re busy. But there’s been multiple times we’ve ordered during the week and still it takes 2 ½ hours to deliver the pizza. And then after waiting 2+ hours for our pizza the order was wrong and I called and complained and he said there was nothing he could do because the driver was already on his way home after leaving my house? So he gave me credit under our name and #. Tonight we ordered online and I called right after and asked if they can use my credit on the account and we would pay the remaining balance when he got here. And she said they would and give us 10% off of our pizza as well but was arguing that we weren’t supposed to order online and we should’ve called in the first place and kept going on about how it doesn’t work that way. I don’t understand why it’s a problem. Not like we were using our card and the payment was around taken out, we were using cash. And then when the pizza got here it was still the original amount. They didn’t use our credit in the account nor did they give us 10% off. And when we asked the driver he said he had no clue. Seriously everyone that works at this Pizza Hut are idiots. Their jobs not hard and they still suck. My toddler could run it better than them. This Pizza Hut either needs to be shut down or a whole new staff. You’d think after all their crappy reviews on here they’d make some changes.
If I could give them zero stars I would.

Tuesday night at 8pm, management tells me it will take 2 hours for my pizza delivered because they only have one driver. TWO HOURS really?

I’m giving them a star because I actually like the pizza from Pizza Hut. If I didn’t, it would be 0 stars. I’m not sure about this place’s pizza, but from other reviews I’m glad I did not get their pizza.
I would give them a 0 because I know this particular Pizza Hut’s customer service is horrible! I made an online order early in the morning, before they even open, for my students for their last day of school party. I requested for the pizza to be delivered by 11:30. They called and left me a voicemail saying that they will have it ready by 12:30 because they had a huge order to do. I was pretty upset because I was hoping to get the pizza by lunchtime for our party but there wasn’t much I can do but wait. At 11:45, I decided to call to double check that they will have it ready by 12:30, but when I called they said they had canceled my order because I did not pick up my phone. Well, I couldn’t because I was busy working!!! Oh, I had already paid for the pizzas online so I don’t know why they even canceled. Well, I asked if they could put in the order again and if they could have it ready by 12:30, and they said they couldn’t. I needed it done by 12:30 because my students get out at 1:30, which I explained but got nothing from them. I was mad by this point because I had promised my students pizza, so I just told them to cancel and hung up right after. I didn’t bother waiting for her to speak. After I got off, I called Dominos and asked if they could have the pizzas ready by 12:15 and they did. I got pizzas for my kids as promised. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut even as much as I like their pizza!

Omg ! I don’t even know where to start! My sister orders pizza stuffed crust with bacon and a cookie pizza. We realize our cookie pizza wasn’t in the order so the delivery guy (I’m so mad at myself for not getting his name) only because I thought he would be right back. He says ohh I’ll be right back with your cookie pizza. I said that’s fine … 45 min passes I call them to check on the order. A guy by the name of Erica who claims he’s the manager answers the phone he puts me on hold for 20 min I hang up I call back numerous times he just keeps putting me on hold. Finally after 10 minutes he comes on the line. I explained it to him what happened and was checking to see if our order was almost here … He asked for the delivery guys name I don’t remember but I gave him a description. White mail in his 20’s skinny … He right away says Oh he just left home … I said Uhm ok what about my order? He says would you like me to send you another cookie pizza? Well duh!!! I’ve been waiting 45 min for it! He says ok well I’ll send them out now and you can have your cookie pizza free of charge. I said I already paid for it with my card when I ordered it so are you going to give me a refund? He says No I’m just going to send you a free cookie pizza … I said that doesn’t make any sense he said do you want the pizza or not? With an attitude I’m already pissed and my kids want their desert. He is outrageously RUDE! l and keeps repeating that he’s Gana send out a cookie for me that will take another 45 min wtf my kids are not Gana stay up for 45 min when we had already waited because those idiots forget it in the first place ! He hangs up on me And doesn’t give a sh**. I’m furious I’m disappointed what rude unprofessional customer service especially a manager ??? I get charged for my pizza cookie and on top of that I don’t even get my order I paid for !!! Im livid. pls don’t order from this place !!! Bunch of clowns who work there. I’m calling HQ in the morning.

This place sucks! It is ratchet! The employees suck! I had to cuss them out! This place should be shut down! I waited a freakin hour for a medium pizza! Its always been bad customer service here! I will never again order from this dirty ass place!!! Im so disappointed! Dont ever go there!

Horrible customer service and the pizza is awful because I have to wait for almost an hour to get my pie and by the time I got it is was cold now the manager see don’t care

This place is horrendous. Super Ghetto, dirty, horrible food and employees that just don’t give a damn. Not only is this the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to, it is by far the worst pizza place I’ve ever been to in my life!

I use to order frequently from here as it was close, the last two times I ordered once the food didn’t taste as good of quality, and the second time I ordered a chicken pizza it gave my fiancé and I food poisoning. Now we pay a little extra to get a better quality pizza elsewhere, I won’t be returning to get pizza from here ever again!

They deliver late but I asked them 2 x on the phone to include ranch with my order. It arrived and I tipped well. No ranch. I called and they said yes you did order ranch but I forgot. They offered nothing and no follow up. Please go hungry or find a local place that cares.

As an ELITE UnilocalER, I’ll tell you right now to avoid this place at all costs! HORRIBLE PIZZA AND SERVICE! Management is horrible!
If you want to read the story, here it goes:
Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas, breadsticks and extra sauces. After 45 min, called too see where our pizza was and it hasn’t been made yet. So we verified our order as we understood it was Sunday and was busy!
45 min later, order arrives. They forgot our sauces that we paid for and our pizzas were burnt! The driver offered no fix and told us to call store to «complain». So we called the store, 15 minutes after waiting for a manager, hI got these options:
1) $ 10 off my next order
2) remake pizza and deliver in 45 min.
2) As I complained more, that 45 min went down to 20 min! Really? No way u can make it and deliver it in 20 min. Nice try.
So I offered to return pizzas and asked for a refund, the manager on duty said «we don’t eve refund people»… Really? Then he said «we only offer to remake».
So after 10 min of back and forth, I realized they would not help me. He also told me he was going to «write up his driver» for not offering a solution. Really? Sounds like he represents his management in this case.
So I called the HQ. They listened to every concern and apologized so much. I am so impressed with their HQ but not this store. I am now awaiting my refund of my overpriced $ 40 for 2 pizzas, and I will ensure I ONLY support no Natomas Papa Johns and Pizza Guys!
AVOID THIS PIZZA HUT! CRAPPY PIZZA AND CRAPPY SERVICE!!!

Bland pizza and over salted pastas. Not really happy with Pizza Hut quality. Prices are good, but deep dish from Little Caesers is cheaper and better.

Ordered my pizza at 10pm didn’t get here until 1am didn’t know you needed 3 hours to make a large pizza lol

Every time I come here there’s never been a problem with my order or ordering, Sounds to me that just because it’s in the GHETTO ! whatever in the HELL does that mean ! is the reason people don’t like this place. Excuess me but I’m one who is not welling to pay $ 35.00 for a pizza just to say «I bought a $ 35.00 pizza «I will buy what me and wife like to eat. Some people AKA foodies need to start getting out more, more then 86% reviews are about eateries in the mid & downtown area. Get outside of the box and stop piggy backing on other Unilocalers, that why these restaurants and pubs feel that they can charge $ 9.00 for a DAMM hot dog, $ 14.00 for fish & chips. I won’t pass on buying a $ 13.00 lg pizza.

I love me some Pizza Hut! Yummy buttery pan crust! Delish!!! You make one of my favorite pizzas out of all of the big chains!
Unfortunately this is the closest location to where I live but not close enough that they will deliver to me so I have to pick up from this location whenever I order and it’s in the STRAIGHT GHETTO! Every time I order from this local there’s an issue. The pizza is NEVER ready on time! So I get stuck waiting in their teeny tiny little lobby for my pizza! Without fail there is always some kind of crazy ass character I get caught up having to deal with when waiting there to pick up my stinking pizza! Both inside and outside!!! Pizza Hut please build a location in Natomas!!!
