Cleanrite-buildrite displayed immediate response to water damage on two floors of our house with genuinely good service, and with highly professional attitude and diligence to do the job right. They kept me informed of progress and plans and left the property clean and orderly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

True professionals. When I had mildew behind the wall of our house, I called CRBR. Mike came out and took at look at the issue and informed me that I could probably take care of the job myself since it wasn’t that big. This was the 2nd time I’ve used CRBR and once again, I am glad I called them. Hopefully, I won’t need them again but if there is an issue, you can rest assured these guys will do a quality job as they have done in the past for us. I can’t speak for the competitiveness of their prices but I can tell you they are very thorough in what they do. Communication and timeliness was also something that stood out.

I am writing to the disappointing experience that I have encounter with the job cleaning. I would like to state that at this point Cleanrite is responsible for damaging my house and septic system. In addition, I would like to make sure that not only that the Cleanrite did very unprofessional job and damages were left behind. The cleaning was done unprofessionally, meaning nothing looked clean, as though someone had came and stood around for a few hours and left. As I came back after the first day that the cleaning should have started I discovered cigarettes butts on the ground and sunflower seeds shells. Do people at Cleanrite think that the garbage just walks itself and drops itself into the trash? On to the next things, the walls have stains, windows not cleaned, floorings have stains, rugs which were supposed to be cleaned looked dirtier than they were, and I love the part that after they were supposedly cleaned, the employees walked on it with the dirty shoes. Now not only there was issues with cleaning, I would like the company to pay for damages of my goods: such breaking the 1st couch frame was broken and 2nd couch was ripped with stains, and staining the 3rd couch which feels rough, staining the chairs, and scratching the tv screen, stains on the walls and floors. There appears to be some type of grease on the floor by our table which is not coming off. We also had a puddle of water that was in the living room which was left that we had clean ourselves. The whole house seems like nothing was touched or approached. The laundry machines still have stains. Kitchen untouched, screens on the windows untouched. Lastly, and it’s very concerning as well we observed that our main sewer clean-up was open outside of the house was open which makes me believe that something was poored into it. That is a great concern and distress because we have a septic that connects which we only use environmentally friendly detergent because it’s by the plants that can easily be damaged, we felt that not only it was unprofessional to open it but also to leave it open, if there will be problems which will be noticeable, I will have to make sure that they will to be addressed by Cleanrite. Which brings me to the end we didn’t appreciate Cleanrite employees leaving our house open and dogs were released from the crate and our balcony door which was left open allowed our dogs to roam on an upstairs patio causing more damage. It was negligence from the side of the Cleanrite. You would normally expect people to do right things especially when you pay them but in this case, six plus guys with two days of work done more damage then it was before. I am not letting it go easy and they will have to make it right, at least the part where they dumped chemicals into my septic. They just confirmed that they poor chemical into my septic system and still denying the rest of the damages, how lame for CRBR to say that they want to sue me for defamation. That would be interesting and judgment will be posted here. With Shock What a bunch of BS in your reply, I tried to get you back here to clean your mess and no response. Your chemicals killed my grapes and it is netter for civil action now.

We got mold in our closet and were still working with our insurance agency. so called this company through our insurance to just come and seal the moldy area till we get hold of mold redemption contractor. First they gave an appointment for next day and then called again saying they cannot send anyone until Monday which was after 4 days. But my husband insisted on sending someone the next day. The lady said she will call back and she never did. instead the guy just drops the next day without giving any notice. Looks like since we insisted they just send some new guy who had no idea on how to work with mold. He was just supposed to put plastic and tape over it and just seal the mold. However he went ahead and pulled out the moldy baseboard without sealing the room or any sort of containment and asked me for a garbage bag or grocery bag to trash the moldy baseboards. I was waiting outside the room as I am allergic to mold and also I believed he knew what he was doing. Since he had already pulled out the baseboards it was too late to do any damage control. Stay away from this company if you are dealing with mold.

Imagine this: you just finished closing escrow on a new home, it passes all its inspections, you move in. Three months later you’re in the attic of your home and you notice mold. That’s what happened to us. Having three kids all under four years old means we needed to get this taken care of ASAP. Saying the wife and I were freaking out is an understatement. First we called our insurance company to make sure it was covered who then referred us to cleanrite buildrite. We called cleanrite buildrite and spoke to Amy who was beyond friendly, helpful and most importantly calmed us down. They sent someone over within 3 hours to come inspect the property, by the next morning they had already submitted the cost estimate to our insurance company, by the end of the day we had approval from our insurance AND cleanrite buildrite staff in our home getting things handled. It was incredible seeing them tear things up and put in dehumidifiers. From beginning to end, my wife and I were beyond satisfied with their punctuality, professionalism and their ability to always show up with a smile on their face. Thank you guys SO much for helping out with our mold repairs. You made us feel safe again in our home, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Beware, our insurance company recommended them when we had a leak. It happened on a Saturday so it was an emergency service. They were very nice and very fast. They did what they could to prevent more water from coming in the house and told us we could just put caulk on our window ourselves after the rain stopped. They also said it was going to be less then $ 300 so we elected to cancel our claim with the insurance company. They never sent us a bill, but they did send one to our insurance company. Two months later they start calling and threatening to put a lien on our home if we don’t pay almost $ 700. Make sure you get an estimate in writing and I would recommend using another company if you can.
