Very impressed with Derreck. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. He even came back after the system was installed and helped us figure it out. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a security system. He also texts! That was great for me, because I hate talking on the phone. We feel so much safer when we are away now knowing our house is protected. I’m really glad that we decided to go with ADT.

After one of the local dealer charge me over $ 2400 for an basic alarm system I felt ripped off, so I call Direct Protection Security ADT. Tom Sams knock on my door within an hour after I called. He offered me a better system with camera for only $ 415. I’m so glad I called Direct Protection Security.

Me and my family recently bought a new house, and I was looking into a good security system. I was talking to my neighbor one day and she told me she had her security system installed by a local ADT dealer Direct protection security. I called Direct Protection, Tom Sams showed up the very same day and offered me a really good package with cameras and smart door locks. We got installed the next day. I am really happy with the work they did and how fast they set up the whole system. Tom even followed up with me a day later to check up that all of my systems got installed properly. I feel extremely safe in my new home and I love the pulse app! Thank you Tom! And Direct Protection Security!!!

In late November, I spoke to Chris P. and discussed the financial aspects of getting the ADT system. Chris referred me to Tom S. who was an hour late for his appointment. Tom wrote a contract stating that I was to be reimbursed for the county permit ($ 50) and my sister was to receive $ 50 for referring me to ADT. When I spoke to Tom about the reimbursements, he referred me to Chris. He stated that this was «Chris’s deal.» I spoke to Chris on ¹²⁄₀₆ who stated that he would take care of it and that Tom would be calling me back within the hour with the specifics. I contacted Tom multiple times to follow up and he stated that he knew nothing (I left a message for Chris who never called me back) Tom then refers me to his manager Sunny. I have left two messages for him with no call back.
Honesty and excellent communication is key to any business. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of follow through with this company.
At least the security system is running smoothly for now. I surely hope that I do not encounter any problems because I’m sure I would have to contact the office on a daily basis until I get some kind of service.

Jeff came to my new home and helped me to get started with my security system. It was quick and easy, which was wonderful because I had so much to deal with in regard to just having moved. Dario then came over to get my security system activated. Both Jeff and Dario were extremely knowledgable and pleasant. Where to start… My boyfriend and I bought our first home together earlier this year and of course the first thing on our to-​do list was to invest in a home security system. We shopped around for a bit and it was perfect timing that Derreck came to our door step. He was completely professional and so kind. He let us know what our options were and was very straight forward about what he was offering. ADT is already a great well known company but to have Derreck as your go to guy when you need help is just a bonus. He didn’t rush us and told us that he would give us time to think about our options. Sure enough we decided to go with ADT and Derreck was so helpful. He scheduled us on the next open spot. We had a super easy install and the system is so easy to use! He even followed up with us after our install to make sure everything was in working order. He gives you his personal cell number and makes it his number one priority to assist you with any needs you might have. I definitely feel more secure at home. It was by far the best investment we have made in our home.

Last spring my home was broken into by teens who took everything. (An estimated eleven thousand dollars worth and even more with damages) To make everything worse… Three,. of what I thought were «close neighbors», witnessed these boys in my front yard, back yard and jumping the fence… Not one of these neighbors called me or the police! (Good lookin out folks!) Yes,. we were speechless to find out that there had been so many witnesses that did nothing! My family and I had felt violated. The kids didn’t want to sleep alone in their own beds and I have to admit. I was nervous too. Irreplaceable items had been taken as well as my respect for «The law». Multiple police officers, a csi team and a detective all entered my home. (according to them,. they only came in because there was witnesses, otherwise they would have never even walked in the door.) This law enforcement team Gained much evidence and in the end we received no help. We called the investigator four times, and never even received a courtesy call back.
The day following the burglary,. my brother Dave had called me to tell me about his Alarm guy named Derreck. He said he helped him out with his alarm and that his family «just felt safe.» That same day Derreck contacted me and we had our Alarm within a few days. If I would have got the alarm before,. I would still have the necklace my aunt gave me before she passed away. Just sad and mad! But I do want to thank Derreck for all your help and for stopping by randomly just to check on our family. I will definitely always recommend you and ADT to any friend & family member always.

I love my system it brings me a sense of security! When my husband is t work I have 3 children and I feel so much safer. I loved it so much that I told my brother and sister about it! Derrick our ADT guy hooked them up too! He did a great job and I am so glad he came to our door! Most def use him if you need a system! I highly recommend him!
