Most of my order was perfect, except they sent me the wrong pizza and refused to fix the problem even going so far as to making me call the ordering service to receive reparations. The food is good when you get what you order but the customer service is seriously lacking

Was excited to try this pizza after the reviews. I ordered to go pick up by Eat/​24 mobile order. Easy. I drove across town for 20 minutes after. The place was a little hidden. Arrived. Only 1 person working. She was overwhelmed. My order was all backwards. She said she had just put what she made in the oven and would redo the order… it can be ready in 15 – 20 mins. After all this really. That’s why I ordered ahead and didn’t mind driving across town. I knew it would be ready and hot to take away. Not the case I didn’t have the time to have a redo. Sorry Jojo, I’m on the road and need to get going. Get some extra help.

I love this place. Ever since I moved into the area and was able to order from Jojo’s its the only pizza place I’ve ordered for 6 months. The owner’s are also great people. Easiest 5 star review of my life.

I’ve had delivery from this place before, and the gentleman owner (Jojo?) delivered it himself. He was nice, food was great, thought I would try it again.
Today on my way home I was dying for a Papusa, so I thought I would stop in at La Flor (stay tuned for a review there) and alas, it was closed. Not to worry, Jojo’s is in the same strip mall!!!
I ordered a bbq chicken za to go. The cashier was the owner’s daughter and the mother was in the back, making this place a true family run business. They were very nice and easy going. I was quoted 15 minutes and it was ready in 15 minutes and I even got a «thanks and have a good night» which was a nice touch.
The pizza itself was not what I would call NY style, but it was delicious nonetheless. Great consistency, evenly baked, enough sauce and toppings and fresh.
Definitely will be back/​order from them again.

Bomb pizza for a great price!!! Ordered a large half and half margarita pizza (cheese, tomatoes, herbs, garlic) and pepperoni and sausage for under $ 20! Fresh toppings, light dough, and amazing taste! I think I’ve found my new go to spot!

A pretty good pizza… not my kind of pizza but good never the less. It was a bit bland and lacking sauce but plenty of toppings and cheese. Something missing though… just didn’t have that punch that some pizzas have. I don’t care for the way the toppings here are minced very small so that they all combine into a homogeneous goo with no one topping discernible from another. The crust has a good tooth and crunch to it but is also a bit bland. That all said I’ll be back as there is a decided lack of decent pizzas in the Arden Arcade area unless you like chains or that Pizza! Pizza! stuff. This is pretty much a take out only place… think it used to be a Dominos, so only a couple tables. Decent menu with sandwiches, salads, deserts etc and fair priced. I’ll be back until another pizza place opens that makes them the way I like them opens.

We have had delivery from JoJos about 6 times since moving into our new home. Let me start by saying I don’t even really like pizza anymore. Not sure why but it just doesn’t do it for me. Well that all changed when we moved in and I looked up a pizza place. I found JoJos on Unilocal and due to the positive reviews decided to give them a try. Boy was I blown away. The movers raved about the pizza so Much I had to try it. Let’s just say anytime we are looking for delivery or pizza JoJos is where I will be ordering from. Had a few of my friends try it and got them hooked too. quality is 100 out of 10. Give them a try you won’t regret it. Just make sure your party is hungry.

This is the best pizza delivery in the Sacramento area. They usually say it will take about 45 minutes but typically it only takes 30 minutes. It always arrives still oven hot! The staff via phone and delivery are super nice and efficient!
The pizza is delicious! We always get a half and half. We have tried pepperoni, JoJo’s special, and BBQ pizza and we love them all! I recommend getting the X-​Large; it’s a great deal and then pizza is even better as leftovers the next day!

— Margherita: garlic, olive oil, tomatoes, and herbs. One of the better margheritas I’ve had. The consistency of the crust was good but it lacked flavor. 4.5÷5
— Special: pepperoni, salmi, Italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. Great combinations of ingredients! 4.5÷5
SERVICE
I called in my order. The personnel who answered was friendly and polite. She said the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 16 minutes and had to wait another 5 minutes or so. The staff were warm and welcoming! 4⁄5
FINAL THOUGHTS
I would def come back for more. Their pizza is subpar! I haven’t put away half a whole pizza in a while. lol. I had to refrain.

I am so glad I found this place. I went on Unilocal to look at the surrounding businesses for good pizza and I decided to order the Jo Jo’s special since I figured it had to be good tasting. WOW my goodness it was I had to write a review and compliment to show my appreciation for good pizza definitely will be back for more. Oh and the crust and sauce, very good! Oh and the baklava wow wow wow wow wow!!! Amen

The best pizza delivery ever! Pizza hot and delivered early on a Saturday night. Just moved to Sac and chose JoJo’s because they delivered. Their online menu was clear and very easy. Got a call back confirming order. Their pizza… awesome. chose the Veggie. Great! Crust delicious. Would of taken off artichoke and we did add spinach. Very delicious. Then we ordered the garlic chicken with white sauce. Another great pizza needed a bit more sauce and we added spinach. Again great! We will definitely continue to order from them. Would have given 4 ½ stars.

I think their pizza is absolutely delicious; it’s my favorite in the area. Their crust is always nice and crispy and their tomato sauce is very light (tastes fresh). They don’t skimp on the toppings, and the flavor is always excellent.
I agree with some of the reviews that say they lack consistency in terms of customer service, and their somewhat «fluid» delivery policy. Sometimes I get the pizza and it’s really hot, other times I call after an hour and they say it will be another 30 minutes. I have encountered the woman that others mention who seems totally underwhelmed/​unenthused to be there (I think she’s one of the owners, actually). Everyone else has been really friendly.
My resolution to the inconsistency? Call in and pick it up myself.

Hit and miss with too many misses. This place has potential and reflects the diversity of the town its in but fails to deliver a consistent product. My co-​workers and I frequent this place to due to speed of service and convenience. I admire their diverse meals and Mediterranean flare.
I have to say that dining in is not encouraged due to a cramped seating areas. The inside is not inviting and the facility lacks finish. Treat this a a to-​go option only.
The quality and preparation standards seem to vary. Again they suffer from lacking a true finished product. Their sandwiches are ok, their pizza is better than average and their deserts are just fine.
Service is not good. Always taking personal calls while ringing me up accompanied by judgement and lectures when you order online or order less than 10 dollars worth of food.
The value simply isn’t there. Their prices are unjustified.

First time to order pizza from jojo’s. Friendly staff… superb service! I guess the only thing better than the service was the pizza.
Ordered a medium jojo’s special and it was delicious! Pizza was fresh and they are generous with the toppings. So glad to know that there’s a good pizza place near me. Will definitely go back to try other items on their menu.

The crust is a real nice crisp to it… not to thin but not thick… our 1st time trying it and we were not disappointed ! I only rate this 4 star because my favorite is Tony Gemini in North Beach San Fran! I love that stlye. this Jojo pizza is worth the money and the calories!

Solid pizza place. I ordered a small pizza and the 9 piece wings. The pizza was very good and piping hot. Very intimate experience as the place isn’t very big and the owners were friendly. Wings were mediocre, not bad but not out of this world. The prices are very reasonable as well. Don’t be scared because of the lack of customers here, it’s good pizza.

This place was great my pizza arrived so quickley and it was so hot I had to wait to eat it the driver delivered my order to a rather diffuclt place to find he was on time and friendly upon arrival listed my order in front of me as well as insuring I had everything I needed and ordered when I called phone guy was very polite and helpful I will defenitly be coming back here when in the area

I was dressed up for another fabulous themed day at the school I work at. Great for when your with students on campus. Not so great when you want to fly home under the radar. Yet, I was starving and my family needed some food on the table.
Perfect solution! Jojo’s! This quick in and out place is strictly for ordering and picking up pizza (they deliver as well). So if you don’t feel like running into people that you might know, you have the advantage of being treated like a decent human being without anyone hassle for looking like a Super Hero on a non-​Halloween day.
The food was so delicious! Much better than Little Cesar’s. I was way impressed. Dinner was saved by the wonderful people at Jojo’s. And I didn’t even have to use my Super Mom powers to convince anyone to finish their food. :)
