Worst experience ever!!! Do not move here! Grey star can’t keep anyone employed at this complex. Issues go unaddressed. Furthermore it’s not listed as a lower income housing… so basically I pay $ 1200 rent to live here with people who don’t want to work and live off the government.

I moved in a few months ago and at the time, it was perfect! It was near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or call you back, but someone was always in the office. A month after moving in, the onsite office manager disappeared and the front office has been closed since July which makes it impossible to ask questions, pay rent in person on the first of the month, get ahold of anyone, and also to receive any packages that get dropped off at the front office.
It is very frustrating and when my lease is up, I will not be renewing for this reason. It is a bummer because the location is AWESOME. It is very quiet and the neighbors are respectful, though my husband did have his license plate stolen off his car.

I moved here back in April of 2014 just after it went under new management. The place while somewhat dated was clean, maintained and quiet. Nikki the onsite manager is fabulous. Very personable, and prompt with any issue i had. She is a definite bright spot at this complex. Work forced a move at the end of my one year lease but i wold come back again as it was quiet, near shopping and transportation lines and generally had very nice neighbors. This is just my experience.

I guess this place doesn’t want me as a potential tenant. I’ve trying calling more than 3 times to get more information on the apartment, calls were all before noon time, but it just goes right into voicemail. I’d rather not leave a voicemail since it’s complicated enough that they don’t like picking up their phone calls. I’m just a bit frustrated but will take my business elsewhere since my lease is up in a month. You snooze, you lose, right?

I originally gave this place a 1 star, but here’s an update. Instead of trying to call again, I went in to talk with their management today. To my surprise, the management there, Nikki, was very personable and friendly, unlike other complex managers. I felt comfortable and of course, after our conversation, I may just consider moving here if all goes accordingly!
