Good selecting and the sales staff doesn’t seem to have an agenda like GNC where they are pushing certain products. Just let them know your goals and or workout plan and they will give you great recommendations.

i went into Max Muscle not knowing where to start. Kris was soooooo awesome in helping me figure out a diet/​supplement plan to help reach my goals. I am using the max muscle vanilla flavored protein shakes, EFAs, and Vitacell. I think the personalization i got in my diet plan was spectacular as i told Kris what i wanted to shed and how soon. i actually am noticing the difference in the way my clothes fit (i bought a pair of black slacks for when i «lost» the weight back in december, and i tried them on this past week and i didn’t even have to fight myself into them. I have gotten many compliments on my weight loss. It also helps with self confidence and ultimately its a way to a healthier lifestyle. thanks kris– you’re the BEST!
