Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Attitude from all the girls who work there huffin and puffin even asking for one extra sauce. They have never made my order right ever and tonight is the last time I ever visit this location.

awful awful awful. I have been going to this location on occasion and have finally had enough that I will not be returning. Its bad enough nothing is ever ready here but most of the time they don’t even get the orders right. Every time I go in the drive through I ask myself what will I be waiting on this time? It never fails here; we are just waiting on fresh fries, we are just waiting on fresh nuggets, we are just waiting on fresh burgers… wait, what? No joke NOTHING is ever prepared here. I honestly wouldn’t even mind waiting if they got the orders right. Don’t waste your time asking for a special request like no tomatoes. It will be a miracle if everything is there and correct when you’re done. This is easily the worst McDonalds I have ever been to.

Drive thru is pretty much the only way I do McDeez, it’s the only way for me unless I need to use their facilities and that’s rare.
Now here’s what I usually order when I stop by. 2 doubble cheese burgers and a large diet coke lose the buns (carbs) and eat the protein, or 2 chicken sandwiches sans the buns just as the cheese burgers.
Have you ever tried a double cheese burger and a chicken sandwich smashed together? ooooohhhh yeaaaaaah you know it’s pretty good. NOW they have jalapeño double cheese AND chicken sandwiches!!! not as hot as I would like them to be but it’s still a nice change and addition to the menu. Hey maybe they’ll make a jalapeño BIG MAC not that I would get one because of all that bread but it would be also a nice addition. YES you’ve heard it here first people, so if McDeez does come up with the jalapeño BIG MAC you know where you heard it.
The fact that their service in the drive thru has been pretty much on the dot every time says a lot for them. But like I said SO FAR it has been right on the dot, orders have been right and the service has also been pretty friendly. Can’t say much for the inside because I don’t think I’ve even been inside this McDeez but it looks clean from what I can see when I’m driving by.
Well this review is a short one isn’t it! But nevertheles here it is.

I have to say I love their sweet tea. Maybe too much. Anyway my order came out to $ 1.08, I gave her $ 1.13, she says It’s only $ 1.08. I said I want a nickel back, she responds, «nobody likes Nickelback.» I had to chuckle.

They forgot to give me my fries when i ordered but besides that the food was great.

It’s a McDonald’s. They have fries, burgers, chicken nuggets, shakes, soft drinks, and bad service especially the drive-​thru.

Im sorry. But this has to be the sloppiest mcdonaldsn operation in sacramento. The speaker has cardboard on it when you pull up to order. The drive way near the window has a wooden board covering a hole. Literally mice running around outside. Fries I received were brown. not golden. Smells like piss when you walk to the front door. The upside is. thats its never crowded. I only purcahse large cokes from them now. Blah

I am not a fan of this McDonald’s at all! I use to work here about a year and a half ago and a new manager came to run the place and everything went bad from that moment on. They were having us switch dates on the salads and provide old food to customers. A few employees including myself were eventually not put on the schedule anymore, but it was funny because we were all white. All of the other employees who were Latino got plenty of hours. I seriously think it was because the new manager was Mexican herself and felt more comfortable with those who knew Spanish. This store is totally racist!!! I never got put back on the schedule… I got a new job. Do not go here, beware of how they treat employees and the quality of food you will receive.

Drive through experience. The order was: 2 McDoubles Plain, 2 McChickens Plain, 10 Piece Chicken McNuggets, 2 Fries, and 2 Drinks.
Was asked if my order was correct on the preview screen as they were inputting the order, which isn’t a slight against the venue, as I am used to this.
Got the order, pull around and parked to check, as I always do, and saw that the 2 McChickens were not plain. Pulled back around through the drive through to get replacements.
After I reached the second window, and returned the 2 McChickens, the staff spent almost 2 minutes arguing among themselves in Spanish (I assume in an attempt to conceal the conversation from the customer, but being one who can speak enough Spanish to understand I would have advised them that th best way to hide the conversation would have just been to not have the conversation in front of a customer). The drive through staff was accusing the person on the food line for the mistake, and the food line staff member was arguing back that the drive through staff didn’t take my order correctly.
After those 2 minutes, they asked to see my receipt, which sadly showed that the McChicken was not marked to be plain. A win for the food line staff person, but not helping the customer service points much. They asked me to pull around and park in front and they would bring the corrected items to me. I left the copy of the receipt they asked for with them.
I pulled around front, and waiting a full ten minutes! Just as I had made the decision to get out of the car and check, they brought out my entire order, remade, minus the drinks! I was surprised because I still had the rest of the food for my order. On the one hand, it was nice because of the wait I didn’t have to worry about cold food. Sadly, on the down side, it took them ten minutes, which I feel is unacceptable. Also, now both of the McChickens AND the McDoubles were not plain.
I actually went into the venue with wrong items, and set them on the counter. I was ignored for a full 2 minutes by the entire staff, including the staff who I had previously encountered. It was very plain by the looks on their face when I made direct eye contact with them that they were thinking «Oh great, he’s back. I don’t want to deal with this.»
Finally someone asked me what was wrong, and I explained that now that 4 items, not two, were not plain, and my food was now cold. The first reply, even before the staff took the food, was «Well your receipt didn’t say you wanted them plain.» That statement is the reason for the low review. I can deal with wrong orders, and a wait. My pet peeve is when someone in customer services instantly goes on the defense and tries to blame the customer.
I calmly explained that: my receipt DID show I wanted the McDoubles plain and they still had the copy of the receipt, so there was no reason to mess up the McDoubles; that while my receipt didn’t show the McChickens were to be plain, me driving around and asking for them plain ment that I did want them plain; and lastly that what ever the circumstances, they had a customer who did not have the food he wanted, and they had offered to fix the situation, and they had yet to do that. Finally, the food was remade correctly, and I left.
Just another example of poor customer service. Again, I can understand and work with wrong orders, but when you let customer service slack this much, unacceptable. This would have been a one star review, but I’m giving the venue and staff the benefit of the doubt and am assuming that they remade my entire order because they considered it would be nice to replace my cold food with warm food.

never really go here, but Be careful, sketchy area. beware of homeless people, they usually are always around this place

Not have again: the Daily Double was basically a McDouble with lettuce, tomato, onion and mayonnaise for double the cost. One star for the Daily Double, but 3 stars because of fast, efficient and friendly service.

New dumb swish McDonald’s but competent college kids work here and they clean inside and out.

Some days I have good experiences here, others not so good. A lot of times I find items missing after I’ve already driven all the way into downtown, other times the prices seem to change as much as the moods of the employees.
Couple of very nice employees in the drive through but for the most part they are all about the profit and won’t even give up more than one ketchup packet.

This place used to be a Burger King when I was a kid, now its across the street but I’m glad McDonalds is here. Its super convenient and staff here is incredibly fast and take care of your orders immediately. Great food preparation and very clean place. Theres even seating outside on the patio. I always come here for my random big mac craving.

I go through this drive thru on the way to work for breakfast and on the way home from work to pick up a few cheap burgers off the $ 1 menu and am always pleased with the speed of the transaction. I’m not sure if I’m just lucky and I just happen to get here at the right time, but I’m a fan of quick fast food. Nothing worse than running a bit late for work and being starved and getting in a line you cannot get out of when they are taking forever. So I like this place for that reason.
