Stopping by to grab a late night snack. Having a bad experience I reported to customer service and in return received a call from Sheri. She is one of the sweetest ladies ever! (refreshing after the manager from the night before) I will be coming back to this McDonalds knowing that management cares about their customers and put forth and effort to keep them. Thank you again Sheri for changing my attitude about this McDonalds!

I will admit that I went at a particularly early hour (5 in the morning), but I had ordered a number 6 and a plain unsweetened ice tea. The Iced Tea was sweetened so I requested a new one. The lady at the window started arguing with me and told me it wasn’t sweetened. Honestly, it’s not hard to taste the 3 bags of sugar they use in it. Anyways, she traded out my drink and gave me the right one. When we got home the fries were cold and unsalted and my burger was wrong with extra mayo when I asked for none.

Me and my friends came through this drive thru this morning to get some food before a road trip. And they were extremely rude. I asked the cashier for change for two tens and she just grabbed my money and snapped at me. Then the lady who gave us our food did not put it in nicely, didn’t offer hot sauce which they normally do, and threw the food at us! When I told her she forgot my orange juice she told me I was wrong so I pulled out the receipt to show her and she just threw the receipt back at me and gave me two orange juices without saying anythinf. I told her thank you and she sneered and closed the window. I work food service i know how it can be but there was NO REASON to act like this at all. Those girls had no room being in the position they were in

I was hungry at 12:30 am, this was the closest open McDonalds according to Unilocal,so I had to drive into Sac. The service was nice though, and the place looks fancy. It was worth the drive (: the only problem was that the food took a little longer then normal, but that’s expected at 1am: p

Overall, I had a pretty pissy or crappy experience in more ways than one. There were homeless circling like sharks all around the store. There was another one filling up a water jug inside mumbling loudly at the staff. There was only one cashier, so I had to wait a long time to order as well as getting my food. There were children screaming and running around the dining room. My food was hot and delicious, but it didn’t make up for the otherwise crappy visit. I went to use the restroom before I left, and there was dried piss all over the toilet seat and dried crap stuck to the inside of the toilet bowl. I would strongly recommend going to the McDonald’s on Watt & Arden or the McDonald’s near Fair Oaks & Howe instead of this location.

Thought I’d try their iced coffees that I hear them raving about on the radio. Big mistake! I ordered a hazel nut iced coffee and they gave me a regular iced coffee. I thought I’d try it anyway since I was running late for work. When I got to work and tried the coffee there was some weird slimy thing in there. I think they gave me some old coffee and just added ice and creamer to it! Totally disgusted and will not be ordering their coffees ever again!!!

I don’t know if no stars is an option. Service here is non-​existent. You have to charge me 2 dollars extra for produce… really??? Please boycott this McDonald’s. The service the prior week should have told me that when I went through the drive thru and they messed up my wrap. Went in and they remade it only to make a stock wrap wrong again… third times a charm I guess. no apology no nothing… so after my second horrible experience I would ask that everyone bans together and boycott this McDonald’s.

So the other night my friends and I went to this McDonald’s around midnight. We tried ordering some of those chicken wrap things and they told us that they didn’t have any more chicken due to their night menu.
We changed the order to breakfast burritos and ordered a bunch of other stuff too. We got to the window and paid got our food and drove off. We got to my friends apartment and realize that they didn’t give us our burritos! We called them and they said they would give them to us if we went back. Luckily my friend lives just down the road. But we ended up wasting like another half hour trying to retrieve the burritos they didn’t give us.

Came through the drive thru around midnight. My girlfriend ordered a Big Mac, got home and ate it. At the end we discovered there was a DEAD FLY INSIDE THE BOX!!! It was disgusting! They should make sure all containers are clean and not filled with infested insects!!! I do not recommend this place ever

This location is really cool because it has some cool decorative pieces inside, like a dinosaur playing key-​tar. But the service here is just plain rude. My last visit was on a weekday around 2:00 p.m. and there were a couple people eating, but I was the only person about to order. The woman working would not let me look at the menu and kept rushing me to order. I know it’s fast food, but I wanted to take a look at what the menu had to offer– especially since I rarely ever go to McDonalds.
Food is pretty much the same as any other. But I probably won’t be back any time soon.

It’s located near Arden Fair Mall.
Great place to grab lunch/​breakfast if you are in a hurry — The drive thru is always busy, BUT the lines go really fast.
The surrounding area is sketchy — I would not eat inside the restaurant. On my first visit, I noticed the place was not so clean, but had plenty of seating space.
There is also a statue of Ronald McDonald near the ordering area.
