The employee was quite rude to us when we came in and they’re pretty stingy with their products. Mountain mikes has amazing pizza. I refuse to go here for the company anymore. He keeps watching us to make sure we don’t «share» a slice of old buffet pizza. Creepy.

The pizza was ok. Not the best I have ever had. Slow delivery. And the $ 40.00 for one large pizza seams a little high. I would not recommend this place to any one. I hate to say it but next time I am in the area I will will just use one of the Pizza chain restaurants before using this place. Not worth the money!

This place needs some serious attention. Everything need to be deep cleaned basic maintenance done. The pizza is ok, but the salad bar was a disaster. The game area warrants a department of health inspection! It’s understandable that kids use that area and it is more likely to be messed up, but this screams needless neglect and lack of common sense from management. I don’t think anyone should let kids in here in its current condition. It’s a convenient location for a lot of Natomas families but there are much better places with good sanitation also nearby, which in my mind is a basic necessity. Go to one of those.

I checked out the reviews from this place and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I asked for white sauce rather than red because I’d rather not be up late at night with a flare up from acid reflux. Well, they put red sauce on the pizza. Rather than calling and complaining and waiting for another hour to eat(my 2 year old was hungry) I decided to just sack it up and eat the pizza. I’m not saying I won’t order from them again, but I’m not saying I would either.

She’s rude, i feel sorry for her employees cause they all look like they’re over this job and over her demands. The salad bar sucks & the pizza sucks as well. Sunday night. Had a coupon for 25% off mailer and a trifold glossy ad in the mail for 50% off. When I called to ask if they could explain what was 50% off. The cashier said they didn’t know but Can I bring that coupon in as well and they would take care of it after looking at it. I did. Upon my arrival 35 minutes later the counter person was not the person I previously spoke to on the phone. I showed her the coupon and asked her to explain what this was about since she was charging me the 25% off price. She said it was not for her store. I flipped the brochure over and there in big letters was the address for this location. She snatched the brochure from my fingertips after proving her wrong and said she would go ask her manager. I could see through the window him waving his arms and being animated with her. All I wanted was an explanation. I had not become agitated or belligerent yet. She came back out and said this coupon would not be honored. Under new management was the reason why. I said when did this location come under new ownership. She said 3 – 4 years ago. I laughed and said«really»? I’ve been a customer for 7 – 8 years ordering pizzas one to two times a month and your not going to give me an explanation? All she said was«Under new ownership, Under new ownership!» At this point I’m getting upset and told her I want to speak with the owner. She shouts to me he’s not available! I told her he’s right there in the back. You just talked to him! She says«he not available!» I yelled you’re not going to let me speak to him I asked incredulously? She yells to me «You can have a refund!» I yelled back, «I don’t want a refund, I want my pizzas»! She says«they not ready yet!»(Going on 45 minutes now). I shouted that if this was her coupon she would want to know what 50% off was about. My pizzas were finally ready. She shoved them both over to me on the counter and said«here your pizzas». I told her this was bullshit as I walked out the door. She never opened them up so I could see that the order was correct. Got home and opened the pizzas and one was a pepperoni and the other was sausage and pepperoni. I had ordered pineapple chicken luau. Frustrated, I called up and told the lady she didn’t give me the right pizza. She said I gave you sausage and pepperoni and pineapple chicken Luau! I said no you didn’t, what are you going to do about it? To their credit they delivered the correct pizza 10 minutes later and didn’t want the wrong pizza back. Bottom line was that I was treated so poorly by the counter person that I will not go back. Long time customer who has spent a couple thousand dollars over the years and the manager/owner doesn’t have the common decency to just explain the coupon which btw was solely this branch’s and had no expiration date. I Always liked their pizza but now I have a shitty taste in my mouth from how I was treated. Do what you want, but I will go out of my way to bad mouth this pizza joint. Round Table, Pizza Rock, and Chicago Fire are far superior anyway. It’s not like there aren’t plenty of other options for crappy little pizza joints. End of story, they lost a good customer, and wound up giving me a 3rd pizza which wound up costing more than the 50% off would of. If they would have bothered to just listen to my question about a 50% off coupon instead of feeling like they were being cheated by a coupon that they themselves released to the public. Just stupid.

I would give this place a 1 star if the pizza wasn’t so good, but the service at this place is so bad. So we had to feed 10 people today, and decided on pizza so that we could feed everyone comfortably, and then we decided on this place. We were coming from Fairfield, so we called in early, 6:06PM exact, 20 minutes away from arrival. Got two large specialty pizzas, two orders of their garlic cheesy bread, and a salad. They say 25 minutes so we were thinking perfect timing! So we finally get there, it’s about 6:23PM came in and paid for the food, sat down and waited… A whole ridiculous hour for the food to come out. There are a bunch of people sitting in the place not eating, just waiting as well… Each one hella pissed. My brother and I don’t usually get pissed or anything, but boy our tempers were tested today. The first guy that finally got his food was so mad because they made him wait 2x as long because his pizza was the wrong one and was mad at how long he waited and then asked for some ranch, which the cashier goes and says its $ 1.25 extra… Like really?! It’s common courtesy to compensate for mistakes that you make, but then the cashier goes to the back and talks to another worker who then comes out to talk to the person and acts like he doesn’t know that this customer wants some ranch, and REPEATSTHESAMETHINGAGAIN! The guy stormed out and left without any ranch LOL. So like after the hour mark, my brother finally goes up to the counter and the lady comes out and says, «Did you even pay for your food yet?» And my brother says yes, but she refused to believe him. So she checks the register and checks his order for completeness. So my brother, who is already on the edge of exploding, asks for some extra ranch, and she replies«We charge $ 1.25 extra for ranch» and my brother was about to say something, but I think she saw his body language and continued to say, «but I’ll throw in a couple extra for you» So lesson of the story is, the workers need to learn some common decency and check in with customers more. It would have been fine if they came out and told us what was happening or where they are in the process of making our pizzas, but we were slammed with non-transparent service that wanted to shove us out of the door. And the fact that you can clearly see 8 workers in the back did not make sense to us… Like how was the service that slow?

Wouldn’t deliver to Norwood area, though they never disappoint to give amazing quality pizza. The owner is amazingly cool, would recommend though will try to call your bluff when it comes to having a discount coupon make sure you have the coupon number to give them over the phone. I would like to try their pizza buffet one day and see how it’s like. Wasn’t terribly busy today though it could be the 49ers losing that attributed to that. If they did deliver to Norwood area definitely would’ve given at least four stars maybe even five stars. It really was just the staff that ruined that especially the laziness of the pizza delivery driver would use to deliver to my house all the time. Next time just talked to the owner and he will make sure that your amazing snowy alps pie is on the road.

Ordered a Large diamond head with extra sauce. We believe there was no sauce. Makes for an awfully dry pizza. $ 23.86 with delivery. Called spoke to manager she offered us 25% off next order. Ordered large pepperoni garlic sticks and a Dr pepper I think the best thing was the Dr Pepper garlic sticks where cold marinara sauce was cold like it just came out the fridge they say there pepperoni pizza has made them famous since the 70’s and I don’t know how I just moved to the area and don’t like the big name pizza places so I always try the local places and I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!!!

Great pizza… Terrible customer service. I chose a pizza and asked if my selection was a good choice and the cashier replied, «I don’t know». You could have said, «Yes» or «Its amazing!» Or «Its our number one seller». Lie your A** off, I don’t care, but don’t say I don’t know and shrug your shoulders at me. Toward the end of our $ 40 meal, what looks like the owner starts pointing at our table and whispering something into the cooks ear. After a couple of minutes of pointing I asked if there was a problem and he pointed at the three small tapioca express cups we had and said«no outside food or drinks!» Seriously? I get the rules, but how about you discuss it with your employee after we leave. Don’t point at my table while my family and I are tying to eat and enjoy ourselves. No one said anything about the cups when we set them on the counter, ordered and paid for the food. No one said anything about the cups when our food was dropped off at our table. P.S. Your salad bar needs better choices and half the food was frozen…

Delicious pizza, go on a Tuesday to get 40% off any large! Pros: amazing pizza Curry chicken pizza is insanely good. Okay ambience. Good location. 40% off large pizza’s on Tuesday. Costs about 16 $ for any large. Cons: Staff management is rude to their employees blatantly in front of customers. Makes me uncomfortable.

The pizza was good; very fresh and tasty. The restaurant was clean and they have a great big screen to watch the game. The real reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because of the service. The staff here is so great. My partner and I have very different taste when it comes to pizza and they were so accommodating. We asked for the green onions on the side and they brought us a generous serving and even offered to give us more if we ran out. The woman behind the cash register was very sweet and checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was good. While that is expected in a sit-down restaurant it is very rare in a casual setting like Mountain Mike’s Pizza. To top it all off, after I left the restaurant I lost my purse. I had no idea where I could have left it. I looked all over my apartment and car with no luck. I was certain I had accidentally left it in the restaurant. I called before they even opened and Sean, who answered the phone, immediately started looking for my bag and texted the woman on staff from the night before. When he couldn’t find it he even offered to review the surveillance tape to see if anyone had made off with it. They really went above and beyond. I did end up finding my purse, although not at Mountain Mike’s. I am super appreciative of all of their efforts on my behalf. I just wish we had left them a bigger tip. We will definitely be going back. This is a place that deserves our business.
