Worst office ever. Not friendly, dentist and staff barely speak or look at you. Treat you like you’re scum, no matter the situation. I get that an office can become busy but there is no reason to be so rude and disrespectful. From the phone call to schedule to the moment I walked out, horrible customer service. Not getting any procedure done there, now or ever. Do NOT use this office. They don’t deserve any patients or their hard earned money.

We were told that it would be a good idea to remove my son’s wisdom teeth before they started causing pain, and while we had insurance covering him as a minor. I asked them to verify that my insurance would cover it, because it was not an emergency. They told me it was covered 80%, and we were responsible for 20%, to which we agreed. That was in January. December we received a bill for over $ 2k, stating that our insurance denied the claim, and threatening to send us to collections! I asked to see the original approval from the insurance company. It clearly states what is, and what is not covered. Dr. Morehouse preformed/​billed for services not listed on the approval. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed they gave me an estimate only, and that they will not take any responsibility. I feel like they scammed me I to an unnecessary procedure, to get paid, by convincing me to have it done while I had coverage, then waiting to inform me that it was not covered for almost a year! Now they have threaten my credit and haven’t returned my calls. Please use another dentist! If you HAVE to use this office, be sure to verify yourself that you are covered. Ask for SPECIFIC billing codes, my policy covered certain codes, but not the ones they used.

He pulled my wisdom tooth yesterday at a location in granite bay. It’s not his office they just contract to have him there once a month.
I told the nurse that I was very nervous and if there was perhaps some nitrous oxide I could pay for to help relax. She said «no he doesn’t believe in all that, he says extractions are easy»
He didn’t even put any topical anesthetic on my gums or the roof of my mouth before giving me the shots which were quite painful.
He didn’t explain anything at all to me he just came in and laid me back for the shots then left the room.
When he came back in he laid the chair back and very roughly pulled my wisdom tooth out.
This was my 4^th and final wisdom tooth. I had the other 3 extracted at various times in my life and every other experience was fine.
This man was so rough and uncaring. He removed the tooth in such a rough way, packed my mouth full of gauze, and was out of the room by the time the chair was back in an upright position. I’m an adult and the whole experience was traumatizing. I can’t imagine a teenager or younger person having to go through this experience. I will never use him for anything again and I’d advise others to do the same.

Had #14 upper back tooth removal done on May 6^th, 2014. Staff was very friendly and was eager to make me feel comfortable. Everyone there is extremely approachable and professional. I elected to be put to sleep for my procedure, so I can only speak of the conscious experience. Dr. Morehouse is very professional and likable. He and his staff seemed very knowledgeable about the procedure.
When the procedure was completed, the staff had already called for my ride, and ensured I had all my personal belongings as well as assisted me to my transportation vehicle.
The next day, the bleeding had subsided and I wasn’t in too much pain. maybe due to my pain medication. At any rate, things seems to be going quite well.
