Timothy York

We are just finishing up our 3^rd child’s set of braces with Dr. York and we absolutely love this office. All three children have beautiful teeth and it’s because Dr. York is a perfectionist. The office staff and his assistants are always friendly. I would most definitely recommend Dr. York to anyone who wants it done right the first time!

Dr. York treated all three of my children. He did a great job, they all have beautiful smiles! He has great rapport with his patients and their parents.

This is the first Unilocal review I’ve written… unless I’ve had an extremely positive experience or negative experience, I don’t have the time. In this case, it was extremely negative.
I went to Dr. York for invisalign treatment. You’d be better off having invisalign send you the trays directly and directing your own treatment (if there was a way to do that), because if you go to Dr York thats exactly what you’ll be doing anyway. I don’t know where to start with this team. As another post indicated, they acted annoyed every time you come in, provided little to no instruction each visit, and laugh at you when you request basics like sunglasses while impressions are being done. Ex: after treatment of my lowers were complete, they didn’t even both to tell me to continue to wear my lower retainer or order me a new one, since these things get less than hygenic after a couple weeks. Needless to say this stunted treatment on my lowers for 10 weeks. Oh, there is one thing they are very diligent about: trying to sell you other stuff that is not included in your treatment, like acceledent.
I’m rambling, but in short, stay away! Worst service experience I’ve ever had. Results were 80% of what was promised, which pales in comparison to the annoyance you’ll have throughout the process.

Everyone in the office is nice. Dr. York is friendly. I went to them and did invisalign. They were patient with me since I wasn’t the best at wearing it. Overall I’ve been really happy with them.
