Starbucks

As any mom with small kids can attest, caffeine is the fuel that powers my day. As such, I have become pretty picky about my coffee. SB is honestly not my favorite, but as this location is within walking distance of my office, I come here more than some of my faves. The layout is not great and the parking lot is super confusing to get in and out of when it is busy (they share with a Costco gas station), but it’s coffee, right?
Food quality and availability is pretty standard. The major problem with this place is the service! It really is hit or miss. Sometimes you end up with a great employee who is helpful and cheerful, and other times you get people who are obviously overwhelmed and unhappy. That was the case last week.
I ordered a venti iced coffee with no sweetener. Easy, right? I watched as the (obviously new) employee made the drink, packing more and more ice into the cup, even after the coffee had been poured in. I took my drink, went over and added cream and sugar, put the lid on and tried to stick the straw in… but there was so much ice I couldn’t even put the stupid straw in the cup! I pushed down a little harder and BAM! Coffee everywhere. I took my drink to the same girl and explained what happened and she just stared at me. She then took the cup out of my hand and went in the back (where they take the drive through orders). She comes back a minute later with my same cup, dripping coffee, no lid, and obviously with creamer in it — but the level of coffee not dropped. I asked what she did and she said she strained the extra ice out. I replied that I thought she would have just poured a new one and again I get the stares. Then, with a deadpan face, she tells me «thanks» and goes back to her job. I asked for another lid and she tosses it on the counter without looking at me. Some of the people standing around looked at me for my reaction, but I was late for work. I will tell you this — from now on I will get in the car and drive further. I really hope they can improve on their customer service!

I keep giving this location second chances. I will not be coming back. It’s the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. Ever. There is zero sense of urgency. This morning I literally watched the barista dragging her feet around the place. On different occasions I have observed a line of cups waiting to be filled and no barista making drinks. I try doing the drive thru to avoid how slow they are inside. It’s not any better.

This Starbucks is one of the better ones my experience here with sublime friendly people close a little early if you ask me but other than that this Starbucks is always clean the baristas are very professional parking lot is kind of small since it is a shared parking lot

Yet again my venti has turned into a Grande at the drive thru… I’ve never in my life ordered a Grande.

Friendly staff and my order was ready quick! They didn’t charge me extra for cream either ! Calm and quiet atmosphere.

I have finally found a Starbucks that wasn’t that good! The young lady at the counter seem to be disheveled and didn’t know her surroundings. I ordered a tall blonde with no room and a banana. I was told that I would have to wait for a pour over because it’s after 10 o’clock and they don’t do blonde! So I told her that would be okay then believe it or not she asked me that’s a blonde right? Are you kidding me you just now told me but you didn’t do blonde after 10 o’clock! Then she forgot the banana! The tall blonde came out with about an inch worth of room. I’m a fan of Starbucks but not so much this location!

I have been coming here everyday all week and they have been out of the berry hibiscus every single day.

There have been times I come thru the drive thru in the morning and my drink is perfect but everytime I come inside they always make my drinks wrong this morning I had them remake my drink and it was still wrong when I left. I would have had to make my drink again but I was already too late on my break. Thanks guys it tastes like I’m drinking hot chocolate with no espresso you have made me to where I don’t want to come back

Had a great experience at this Starbucks today. There were only two people working around 3 pm and both were very busy (I assuming with the drive-​up?). I was waiting for about a minute but I wasn’t in a hurry and there was no one else in line. The cashier comped my double espresso because of the «long wait.» I’ll take it!

Decent location but lots of traffic sometime due to the Cosco gas station. Drive thru always backs up but staff keeps them going

This location is bank. It is only a mile away from my workplace, which is the only reason why I’ve been here so many times. Because of its super convenient location to other work areas, it gets inconveniently busy. The customer service I have received so far has been good and consistent. However, they have messed up on my orders twice (1. I ordered one pumpkin bread pastry and one butter croissant, and they gave me two pumpkin breads, and 2. I received a regular mocha when I ordered a white mocha). I didn’t check my orders because I was in a rush, but still, I’m not at fault. My conclusion is that location definitely beats out other aspects, such as consistency and quality.

This place deserves a –10 000 000. It’s right next to my job, so I come here frequently because it’s «convenient,» but today is the last day they will have my business. First off, they ran out of lemonade & second, the banana they gave me was all rotten (it was going to be my mid-​day snack). Lastly, they do not make anything from the secret menu. Call this a rant; I don’t care, but this Starbucks consistently disappoints & today was the last straw.

I love coming to this location because it’s not as busy as some of the other Starbucks and it’s not far from my work. Usually use the drive thru which gets through their line pretty quick. The staff here are friendly and efficient. I have only been inside once so I’m not able to comment on the wifi or the atmosphere. The nice thing is that this area doesn’t get too busy especially since there’s a Costco close by. Parking is plentiful and it’s a plus when it’s not a busy shopping center. Come here for a good drive thru experience and it’s not too far from Arden mall and Nordstrom Rack!

Eh… How hard is it to get a hot chocolate made correctly. Soy indicates no dairy. I’m sticking with my neighborhood Starbucks
I waited way too long … For a wrong order.

This place has been fixed up. The terrible WiFi problems are resolved. The interior has been re-​furnished. They have really stepped up their game. I’m glad to see the improvements. This was a Starbucks I used to avoid. Now I stop in from time to time and actually enjoy it!

This is a nice mellow Bucks with good sized tables and lots of outlets. Perfect for studying while getting hopped up on caffeine… hee hee
Then afterwards it’s just a hop skip and a jump over to the Arden Mall!

It was a typical Starbucks. Most Starbucks look the same. It was very clean and the workers were extremely nice. The music was also playing outside in the patio area. You can have a nice chat with your friends sitting right outside with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Being that it is spring and almost summer, it is a great place to hang out. The bathrooms were clean and there is of course WIFI like many of the other Starbucks.
I noticed cars passing us by in the patio area as there is an actual drive through area as well. So it is a cool Starbucks.

the drinks are great. But the service is S-​L-​O-​W the baristas are friendly. Super friendly. But if you are in a rush. Find another one to go to. Which kinda disappointing.

This Starbucks location has a drive-​thru. It can get so busy because it is right off the freeway and around so many local businesses. The baristas are friendly enough. They are as efficient as they could possibly be when they are busy.
If you are not going through the drive thru, there is limited parking in the lot because it is shared with other businesses. I haven’t had much trouble parking whenever I have been to this location. It can be a hassle with the customers from Costco getting gas.

Your experience will vary greatly depending on who’s working. Sometimes I come here and everyone’s smiling and it’s a happy atmosphere. Other times they look disgruntled and don’t respond when I say «Thank You».
For the rest of the place, it’s a standard Starbucks. Nothing really missing or extra.
