This Starbucks needs a good cleaning and supply check. No paper towels in restroom, toilet tissue all over floor(probably from some desperate customer trying to dry their hands), no napkins in dispenser and employees look the other way when you try to make eye contact. Not the stellar Starbucks experience to say the least.

HEATHER(manager) please train your employee DESERAI to have better customer service and especially listening skills if she is going to be the one taking orders for drive thru. I came here this morning ordered my usual in the drive thru. I told DESERAI I have a free drink from my star rewards. She said OK scanned my phone and gave me my two drinks. I notice she charged me for two drinks instead of one. When I asked her about it her response«oops you can use it for next time». People that can’t or don’t know how to listen shouldn’t be taking orders in the drive thru better yet shouldn’t be working here.

You know what I like this Starbucks. Lately I’ve been walking in on my lunch breaks. The employee’s like Ryan, Daniel, Myke and Chrissy has been remembering my favorite drink, with huge smile welcome me into there home at Starbucks. The atmosphere is nice and clean as well. But I have to say Shelby is #1 here at this Starbucks she has the biggest smile first one to remember my drink and let’s me know about other awesome drinks Starbucks has to offer. And the manager name Jenny has a awesome personality. But experienced a new problem. A few days ago I had a bad experienced with employee name Sam. She been having a bad day and used the anger on me. She questioned me why the Tall is going to a Grande pretty rudely. And upset because I didn’t like how drink was made. Never done her wrong and just became upset with me and rude. But everyone else is perfect. Had to drop 4 stars sorry guys

What can I say? This Starbucks located at Folsom Blvd is not a bad place at all after 5 check-ins so far. As I entered their doors, this place is quite small inside, and it has a drive-thru here, so you can get your drinks in no time especially ordering thru Starbucks app. The atmosphere and the concept remain the same as most Starbucks locations has across the U.S. The baristas are doing a good job here for making the customers like me a great service. No cons here at all. Every drinks at this Starbucks are very refreshing and energetic after I bought two Frappuccinos: the Smoked Butterscotch, and Green Tea. Both of these drinks are elegant and sensational. There’s plenty of parking spaces available no matter where you can park near or far. In the end, this Starbucks at Folsom Blvd is a good, national café place that I can relax my joyable Starbucks all day long! A worthy visit. My rating: 4 solid stars.

Horrible service at this location; at least 5 people that came in after me were served their drink before I was served my order. Then when I actually receive my order, it was far from full and mostly foam.

So updating my review there is a girl I don’t know her name red hair has tattoos two words she’s awesome! Always pleasant always has good service. My drink has improved greatly once in a blue moon it doesn’t take like 5 shots but I am ok as long as it’s not everyday like it was. A lot of new faces as well makes it better than how I was treated before. So thank you for working to make my drinks right lately.

The interior of this location is on the smallish side. They do have some outside seating as well. This location offers a drive thru which is very nice if you are wanting to get in and out quick since coming inside is hit and miss. I personally like more comfy seating options and more smaller tables and when I was in they were kinda busy so only the community table was available to sit and it was kinda full as well so I was sitting right between people so needless to say I drank my tea and got a refill and left. The staff was not as warm and fuzzy here, as I am accustomed to from other Starbucks locations, they just didn’t seem like they cared to get to know you but were more down to business. I was overall happy that there was a Starbucks in this area on my way to the Justice Center down the street but if you are looking for a homey place to frequent I’m not sure this is the location for you.

This Starbucks sucks!!! They get my drink wrong about 75% of the time, & I just accept it because I don’t want to have to wait through their extremely long drive thru line for them to correct it. Those times where I did not want to wait in the long drive thru line and would go inside, it’s usually pretty dirty. I understand the chain is a popular chain and they’re constantly busy but I work downtown and those locations are usually way cleaner & have it together(and they’re ALWAYS busy being flooded w/gov’t workers!). GETYOURCRAPTOGETHER!!!

I just went here and ordered a grande double chocolate chip frap but in a venti with extra whip cream and the whipped cream barely filled up half the lid. I know whip cream isn’t extra but it is what I ordered.

Worst experience EVER at this Starbucks. My graduate program had a speaker in from Texas, and I was tasked with getting coffee for the event. I called an hour ahead of time to order two travellers, and they assured me that it would be ready by 7:45. When I arrived, they had not yet started the travellers. I told the girl at the cash register that I was very disappointed because this is going to push back the whole event, and make our program look bad in front of a world-famous researcher. She told me «It happens.» Wonderful. And it gets worse. So after waiting at Starbucks for 20 minutes, they give me a paper bag(not even the kind that has a flat bottom– the kind that they put pastries in), with two cups of creamer, cups for the coffee, and sugar. I should have looked in the bag. One of the creamers DIDN’T HAVE A LID, and spilled all over my car. My car which sat in the sun all day, because after this 8:00AM meeting, I had to work until 7:00. Now my car smells like rancid creamer because of so many levels of incompetency. So, on top of the $ 30 that I spent on coffee that made me late for my meeting, I now have to get the carpet in my car professionally cleaned. Awesome. I am never ever going to this Starbucks again.

I used to have the worst experiences here in the past but lately I have been having the most wonderful experiences. Today Jess helped me and she had the most energized customer service. A few days ago I was even given a free tall mocha from this gentlemen at the drive through window. He explained to me it was for waiting in line for a long time due to the short staffing that day. I was blown away by these two because that kind of treatment doesn’t happen as often anywhere. I wish I had cash to tip them because they where so awesome. Ty!

You can sure tell you aren’t at a Starbucks in LA! Horrible service, disgusting restroom, and dirty floors, tables, etc! I visited the restroom and the toilet didn’t even flush properly leaving toilet paper and human waste in the bowl. The toilet paper roll was not even on the roll holder, it was lazily placed on the back tank part of the toilet. Visiting this restroom will surely make you lose your appetite for any food/beverage product Starbucks sells.

This location can get ridiculous at times, although the staff is always upbeat and very professional, it’s nice to stop in for a good cup of joe

Nice quaint(aka small) Starbucks. Love the artwork displayed here. Employees are really nice and the pastry shelves had a pretty good selection. Why 3 stars? How does a major coffee chain, at these prices, run out of Half-n-Half and offer customers an open gallon jug of milk!!! Barista fail.

I was stuck in this part of town because my mechanic took longer to fix my car. I came in three times today and I had a pleasant experience every time. Baristas were so kind to me and every drink was made super good. I used to work at Starbucks and all drinks were made better than I would ever expect. I was having a terrible day because of the car delay. Thanks for making my day better.

I was tired and felt like I needed a little pick-me-up so I stopped at Starbuck’s to get a cup of coffee a few days ago. I don’t usually drink coffee anymore because it seems to have adverse affects on the health problems I have been experiencing the past couple of years. I was having problems rationalizing to myself why it was all right to sneak a small cup of half regular and half decaffeinated coffee but, at the same time, it felt good in a child sneaking into the cookie jar kind of a way. I also felt a little guilty not going to a locally owned business but I didn’t know where to find a locally owned coffee shop in the area. The service was impeccable just like it usually is at any Starbuck’s. They do a nice job of training their staff unlike fast food joints such as Donny Macs. The coffee might be cheaper at Donny Macs but putting up with Donny Mac’s clueless employees first thing in the morning usually creates a strong negative emotional impact on my day. Anyway, the coffee was pretty bitter. Maybe it was the fact that I don’t usually drink coffee anymore or maybe it was their coffee, I really don’t know but it was teeth gritting, fingernails on the chalkboard bitter. Sometimes life’s guilty pleasures can be overrated.
