Subway has the best tomato basil soup I’ve ever had in my life. Most tomato soups are thin and runny. This one is thick and chunky with bits of tomato in it, with lots of herbs and spices very good. Highly recommend!

Where to begin this this review! We placed an order through the online order system at 7:24 pm this evening (⁶⁄₂₂) our order was accepted and processed (we were charged $ 38 and change, I verified this before I left the house at 7:35 after receiving a 15 minute estimate. I left home, drove to the store and found it CLOSED! I checked with my bank and, and logged into my subway account. Confirmed the order, confirmed the charge — and then what is this? at 7:45 pm they canceled the order (please see the pic I uploaded). They say they have refunded the money but so far, the charge remains with my bank. I tell you, a SIMPLE PHONE CALL would have been great! We have a house full of people and what should have been a simple order and pick up turned into a total disaster, and subway here is all to blame. I would love to review the food, but we never got it, our order was canceled. I never will try a sandwich from this establishment, so this review will have to stand. Customer service on a scale of 1 — 10? Big old goose egg.

Great service!!! There is a very nice friendly employee in the morning that makes the best sandwiches and is always helpful!

I’m a previous Subway worker from a very high-​volume, fast-​paced store, and am always over critical of this chain. It really is a pretty easy place to work, and there should never be an excuse for bad quality.
Every time I have come in the employees have engaged me in conversation and been very pleasant! Great attitude, always with a smile on their face. I’ve come in on several occasions while they are cleaning behind the counter, which is no often enough seen and always appreciated. The only reason I don’t give them that extra star is that more than once the «recipe» for my sandwich was incorrect. Not that they were short-​changing me, they just obviously didn’t know the correct proportions or ratios. But otherwise one of the best I’ve seen around town!

Friendly staff and quick, fresh ingredients, this store coupl times no complaints :) and not that busy!

I really enjoy coming to this subway for lunch! Lorrie in particular goes above and beyond typical customer service. She’s always friendly, smile on her face, asking how my day is going. She keeps me coming back!

Like any Subway, the food is good and cheap. I like how it is really close to work so if I am starving like I was I can go here. The only thing I don’t like is the parking lot. There is a bunch of parking in the back but I don’t feel safe parking my car there. The only safe spots are in the front and even there I don’t feel safe backing up out of the spot.

I love coming into this subway. It is close to my work, I feel welcomed and it is a great environment. The owner and workers know me and always have a smile on their face when I come in. I get a discount from where I work with them which makes it even better. And in their busy lives, they remember what kind of sandwich I get. I love the atmosphere and the people who keep it clean, friendly and welcoming. I will always come here, thanks guys!

I don’t go to fast food places very often and when I do I am not expecting it to be a particularly pleasant experience. Correct, efficient, and adequate is about all that is hoped for. That is why I was remarkably impressed that coming to this particular SUBWAY was enjoyable.
I’d not been here before, and would not have stopped in on this day except that I unexpectedly had to go out to take care of vetting for a couple stray dogs I had picked up. I had dashed off without eating, and then had to wait for hours to get the dogs tended to. I was hungry and exhausted, and didn’t want to wait any longer to eat, and I had no desire to have to fix something when I got home.
The staff seemed genuinely friendly, pleasant, and desiring to do a good job. I didn’t have to repeat myself as I ordered. The bread was good, and the veggie items I selected were all fresh, clean, had flavor, and were applied generously. The interior of the restaurant was clean and well stocked.
The experience here made me aware by comparison, of how much lacking in service, appeal and quality, some other places I’ve been to recently have been.
When you are tired and cranky upon entering and have your mood brightened by the quality and service in a fast food place, I feel that is something remarkable.
I think if someone wants fast food, this would be a place worth coming to to get it.

Subway sandwich is OK. I like their bread most. Otherwise, their sandwiches are just regular sandwiches.
Their $ 5.00 foot long attracted me to come to Subway more often until they stop selling the sandwich that I always get for $ 5.00. They advertised that they sell $ 5.00 foot long sandwich. They never said that they sell $ 5.00 foot long for some sandwiches. For this reason, I have halted myself from even think about going to Subway. That’s done. I can get my sandwiches somewhere else. Perhaps, it would cost me a couple dollars more, I would not fall into Subway traps ever again.
Subway! Hear me! NEVER EVER AGAIN.

I’ve had nothing but consistently amazing and attentive service here. All the staff greets you with a smile when you enter. This is by far my favorite Subway location in Sacramento. Keep up the great work, guys!

This is a very nice Subway franchise location. Very clean, employees are friendly, and work diligently. As a franchise business Subways vary considerably in customer service, but this location is top notch.

This Subway offers daily deals which is great b/​c it’s so cheap ($ 2 – 3). It’s also very convenient because it’s close to my work and other state agencies in the area. The place has good parking. The workers are very nice and polite.

This is the best subway I have been to. The guy in the morning makes you feel like a welcome customer. This location shares a building with Starbucks whcih is another plus. Clean restaurant, friendly service.

This is a very small location with only a few tables but every time I have been in the sandwich maker’s (I refuse to call them artists) are cheerful and friendly, they don’t make any mistakes and i get a good sandwich at a good price. It’s nothing special or fancy but it’s an excellent example fo a Subway.
