Zero Gravity Massage Spa

I went for a massage today, and couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. The «spa» was in a house in which I walked through a dirty kitchen, and used a bathroom that looked like someone was living in it (toothbrush, used towel, hangers everywhere, and not clean). After changing into my bathing suit I was brought into the basement of the house, where there were piles of unfolded towels and sheets, and shoes all over the floor. I was brought into the laundry room to the «jacuzzi» which was merely a blow up pool filled with hot water next to a washer and dryer. The walls had shower curtains hung from them.
The staff was very unprofessional, eating chips and constantly on their phones IN the massage room. The presentation is only a reflection of their service. There was no pressure whatsoever in my massage, she was simply putting oil all over my body. It was clear that she had no license or masseuse experience whatsoever.
Steer clear of this place folks. Probably the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen, and I wouldn’t recommend this it to anyone.

I purchased a Groupon for a 1 hour massage today, made my appointment for later today.
I was a little skeptical from the other review on here, but SUPER GLAD I BOUGHT THIS!
I received a massage by Skylar. She was so nice, and my back feels soooooooo much better!
Tip: bring a bathing suit so you can get in the hot tub before your massage

Purchased a Groupon on 07/​06/​2015 and called on 07/​07/​2015. The girl whom I spoke to said there were no appointments for the entire day and they were flexible so I asked for 7p.
I was running late so I called at 7:07p, as I was pulling in, to find out that my appointment had been cancelled. She said they had called me to reschedule. After checking my call log I had received a phonecall/​vmail from an unknown number, not associated with the business, at 6:22p. It was this company telling me that i wouldn’t be able to come in.
Was definitely looking forward to relaxation and got frustration. When I pulled up front of the business, I cancelled and refunded my Groupon. They will never get my business.
