I’ve been going to first star for the past few weeks and each week it keeps getting worse and worse. I was told by a friend to go here because of the amazing prices, which they are great, but the service is bad. The past two times I’ve been, this one woman would stop doing my nails to get on social media. I will not be back.

Multiple times; those reviews would probably be a 3 nothing great but nothing bad.
This place is right outside my apartment complex. So I decided to walk over at 7:30pm, I’m there by 7:40pm and they said no they can’t give me a pedicure because they are closing soon… I thought they were open until 9pm but obviously I was wrong. Closing at 8pm. You can’t do a pedicure in 20 minutes? No sorry. Just more like
I won’t be coming back no matter how convenient they are.
I updated it from a 1 to a 2 because my friend pointed out to me that maybe they just have a rule, don’t take anyone 30 minutes before we close. Which may be true. But I’m not use to this in edwardsville or Springfield IL you walk in 5 minutes before they close. They take you!

I have been coming here for over a year and I love it. I get gel mani/pedis which I love because it lasts so long. The staff is professional and fun to engage with. Prices are competitive and they have good selection of colors. They offer several types of pedicures which I appreciate. The atmosphere isn’t «fancy» but very clean and comfortable.
