Great informative service. Open Sundays 11−3p now. They accept returns of unused paint. They recycle paint & other materials now too. Full stock of painting supplies & anything you need to do it with. Pointed out where I could save with the paint purchase. Recommend!

I’ve continued to shop here regularly when the painting bug hits. I will never go anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

The entire Abbott family is amazing and I support them 100%. Customer service, quality products, sense of humor, and great staff make this place fun to go to. Have been coming here for years and I won’t go anywhere else!

Again, wishing for a 0 star rating. Here is an update:
I discovered that my first rug did indeed had a stain, but the big «faded/​stain» was really a shadow cast by my light. So I emailed them (their preferred method of contact), apologized and asked them to make the 2^nd rug. Several days later I had to contact them to see if they had gotten my email and if they were making the rug. They were — thanks for not letting me know! So, given that the 1^st rug had a few small stains that I was willing to live with, don’t you think they would have looked t the remaining remnant? Yea, no. Don’t think this company will do anything other than sell you stuff, that they lie about. So. A week later the rug is ready. I get it home, unroll it and there are lots of small dark stains all over it and some other light rains too. Great. Called, and frankly a week later the ineffective sale woman had nothing to really say. Pathetic!
Oh, I also bought some paint at this sale. Not mis-​tint, but paint that thy aren’t carrying. Reputable brand and I asked the salesman how
It compared to Benjamin Moore (my fav paint). Of course he said it was as good. Nope, it was crap. My painter had just painted 2 coats & you could still see through it. She called a different Abbott location and they told her it wasn’t anywhere near the quality of Benjamin Moore. Thanks for lying Abbott in WBL. So, more hours and more paint later I now have a finished room. Told Abbott about the paint issue when I called about the second rug. Again the response was pathetic.
