Robinson Moving Systems

Fantastic doesn’t even come close to describe these guys! Booked them through U-​Haul for a Wednesday, April 29^th move. They called me the same evening I booked them and set up the time.
The night before the move, I ran to the new house and discovered it wasn’t ready. The whole downstairs still needed to have the carpet installed and the whole house still needed to be cleaned. It’s after 11 pm on the eve of the move! Robinson Moving Systems was coming at 9 am! I called them at around 11:30 and left them a message. A few minutes later they called me. I explained the problem and they were able to reschedule me for Saturday 9 am.
Saturday morning arrived, Robinson Moving showed up almost 30 min early. I contracted for 2 movers for 4 hours, 3 of them were there. I walked them through the house and they got started immediately. They put padded covers over the doors and railings to protect them from damage. The U-​Haul I rented was the largest, 26 feet. Watching these guys (and gal) move and pack up the truck was amazing, they know what they are doing and they worked fast and efficiently. Every square inch of that truck was used.
I drove the U-​Haul to the new house with Robinson Moving following. When we arrived I gave them the walk-​thru and again, they got right to work. Unloading was faster. They even took the time to put my 7-​piece wall unit/​desk together for me!
Start to finish everything took about 4−½ hours. The only break they took was when they were sitting in their truck for the 6 mile ride to the new house. They didn’t charge for the extra 30 minutes and they didn’t charge for the 3^rd person, so there were no surprises at the end. They were also some of the nicest folks I have ever met.
Most importantly, there was absolutely NO damage to anything!!! NO belongings were damaged, NO walls, doorways, doors were damaged, everything was perfect!
They earned my business! I HIGHLY recommend Robinson Moving Systems for anyone that needs this type of service!

They were scheduled to load a semi trailer at 3:00 pm. They called at 12:30 pm the same day to cancel! I would NEVER recommend using this company for anything!

They are AWESOME!!! I was so stressed out for my move from Minneapolis to San Diego and the fact that my uptight apt did not allow pods to be kept overnight. They showed up (early) and loaded everything nicely and quickly into my uhaul, under the allotted time. Then followed me to the terminal to load the trailer as well, which they didn’t have to do at all. Very professional and nice to work with. If I happen to be moving anywhere in the twin cities, I will be sure to use these guys again. Great job!!!

This mover is awesome!
Ended up needing them same day 2.5 hours away when the original mover backed out.
They were kind, courteous, timely and extremely helpful.

They showed up on time and in a good mood.
I moved out of a shared two bedroom apartment and the guys did a great job of asking me what stays and what goes instead of just assuming.
They were super friendly and made an extra effort to survey my things and pack my stuff in a smart way. Everything arrived in Portland without a scratch!
I would definitely hire them again if I ever move back to Minneapolis.
