Nail Crew

I have been going to this salon for over 16 years. The work is quality and the staff is friendly. However over the last year or so appointments are pretty much always delayed; feels like there is not enough time between clients. Nail tech is grumpy anytime I want a design so I’ve stopped asking. Honestly have begun to feel like my patronage isn’t important. Sadly it’s time to move on.

When I make an appointment, I expect to be seen in a reasonable amount of time! I waited 40 minutes. Technician never introduced herself. She did manage to talk to her co-​worker constantly in her native language. She was in a rush and ended up cutting me. She never apologized. This so called spa treatment, where I went to relax, was seemingly stressful! Then the best part of all, being overcharged! Mani and Pedi was listed at 34.00 but that’s not what I was charged! So this was my first impression, I vote with my money, time and experience all of which were not appreciated by this establishment!

I’ve been going to Nail Crew for many years and have had a pleasant experience every single time. Most technicians know my name and address me when I come in. Very friendly crew! The owners are extremely nice and welcoming. Always recommend this place to friends!

I have to say I’ve been going here since they opened and Ken the owner and his wife Amy are the nicest people, she always greets you when you come in and says bye and thank you when you go! The prices are reasonable, the technicians are fairly friendly but with the language barrier (most barely speak English) it’s kinda awkward and not always the best experience. I feel like they’re probably talking about us in Vietnamese while they work and sometimes when they talk to you you can’t understand them so you have to have them repeat it and I still don’t always understand so you just nod your head and then end up with some crazy nails or something you didn’t want. Most of the time I do love how my nails turned out but it is hit or miss. When I went today to get a gel manicure and a spa pedicure the guy shaped every nail a different shape and length and cut me while trimming my cuticles which I understand happens sometimes but now I have blood stuck under my gel polish. He also told me to go wash my nails at the end of my manicure and I came back to another client in my chair and her purse dumped on top of my shoes and purse, so I guess he was done with me. So like I said the owners are terrific but the nail techs are hit or miss and you might get a half ass mani or pedi.

For a quick mani and pedi this is the place. Staff is friendly, and do a great job overall.
