I used the website to order a bouquet and there should be a «picture does not represent actual product» disclaimer. I ordered a dozen roses and I(I meaning my girlfriend.) got a dozen however, I also got… Leaves that had holes in them, a ribbon that was inside the water, and an arrangement that looked like it was thrown together in 15 seconds. I’ll never purchase anything from this place again. If I could attach the photos of this horrific arrangment I would.

I’d give a negative star rating if I could. They ‘fill’ orders, but what they provide is a migraine, stress, and crappy substitutes of what’s supposed to be delivered. Ordered the flower on 1800flowers website a little before 10AM for delivery that day to my husband’s classroom at Hartnell College. They called him at 5PM to finally let him know they were on their way. He had to have them deliver them to our house and then didn’t show up until 9! The flowers they shoved in a vase were nothing like what I had ordered and for getting them to him at 9 at night, I could have spent the $ 56 on much better flowers from Safeway. All in all, do not use them or 1800flowers as that company didn’t even care what flowers arrived or what time!

Ordered for wife birthday two weeks in advance. Got deliveres next day. Card is print out paper garbage for $ 4.99. Not Hallmark for sure. Early drop. off doorbell ring and broken flower stems too. Ordered through FTD. Not good

Stay away from this place! I ordered flowers from Blooms Today and when I called at 2:30 to check the status of delivery, destinys had accepted payment and confirmed the delivery. Fast forward to 4:30 and no flowers. I called Destinys to ask what the heck and she RUDLY tells me «we rejected the payment because we don’t deliver to Monterey for 32.99» they never bothered to call Blooms to let them know… told me «it was my problem not theirs». blooms today ended up using another florist and I told their manager they should reconsider using this company. Buyer beware!

I’m sorry, I don’t take to bullying. I wrote a simple to the point review 2 lines worth. You want to go and write a paragraph that you made NO mistakes, taking NO ownership for what you brand your business card on. That your flowers delivered had no issues, that I was just unhappy because I felt like it. That you gave me a refund. Actually, NO1800 flowers did! Take a look at what you delivered. Don’t pretend like you wouldn’t be mad to get what I got delivered on top of that your ‘what’s your problem’ is not how you go about responding to a question by a customer. You said this isn’t your problem how the flowers looked or didn’t look. So don’t be mad of how I rated you. Its YOUROWNFAULT. YOUTHINKTHAT I DONTKNOWITSYOU? Unilocal also is against businesses trying to tamper with reviews. Obviously by all of your bad reviews we know what type of JUST bad customer service and flowers you provide. Hm, what does a flower shop provide? Pretty flowers and customer satisfaction… Both of which you don’t understand. Seriously, its sad how you don’t care about your business’ reputation to further taint it. Oh and I know that teleflora, 1800flowers etc pay you a higher percent if you send delivery confirmation at an earlier time. So you tried to cheat the company and me by your false delivery claim at 2pm for a few more dollars. Its obvious that you are not ethical so don’t claim it.

Birthday flowers arrived a day late. They had no water and were already starting to droop. I hope the owner sees all these negative reviews and gets on the ball… It’s really sad that you take people’s money and don’t even attempt to deliver their gifts on the right day, then deliver an arrangement that has no water in it. – EDIT: I did contact the owner the day they called me to make a delivery, left 2 messages… flowers were late and nearly dead.

Awful, unprofessional, illegally run business. After many back and forth emails, which got pretty nasty on the owners part with veiled threats and name calling, I finally received a full refund. Pictures of what I ordered vs what I received, and emails from the owner and myself can be found here. It is simply too much to convey here. RUNRUNRUN away from this place! I felt the need to file an incident report with the local police department.

Don’t walk away from this florist — RUN!!! Two months after I left a negative review for this business«Laura L» messaged me through Unilocal to get my contact information. I can only imagine what would have happened if I gave her my home address. It’s unfortunate she wasn’t interested in making good on the terrible job they did at the time it happened. Now there are more negative reviews. No surprise.

This place is horrible! My husband ordered me flowers through 1800 flowers and they used this business. The day they were supossed to deliver them they never came. When my husband called back 800 flowers, they contacted the florist because they and my husband both received an email confirming the delivery. The florist said they didn’t realize the address was 10 miles away. Really!?! Then the next Saturday when the original order was supposed to be delivered again… the flowers never came! Again, florist contacted… no reason!!! Finally, after a third delivery was scheduled they finally arrived at 8pm and the flower bouquet was nothing like what my husband ordered. Much smaller than the $ 90 bouquet he paid for! If you use 1800 flowers make sure they don’t use this place! I am sure they go out of business soon due to their poor customer service and under delivering on expectations of!

Several of the roses were already drooping and others with frayed and brown edges. I called and spoke first with the driver Juan who was rude and argumentative with me… saying that he would«never» deliver flowers that were«substandard». Then he put me on the phone with Laura the owner. I was angry that someone who should be interested in customer satisfaction and service had argued with my opinion of the flowers. By the way I have taken pictures of the flowers for complaint purposes. She was likewise argumentative and insisted that my «perception» of the freshness of the flowers was wrong. I have never been treated like this by someone whose business depends on customers buying from them. Trust me, I would NEVER do business with this store again and would likewise advise my friends to do the same. I intend to find out what tele-floral service used this business and make a formal complaint not only about the flowers but the lack of customer service shown by this business. I would not want them representing me! If it had been my business and someone was as unhappy as I was with the quality of their flowers, I would have cheerfully replaced them and made a happy possible customer. Update. After several phone conversations, the owner finally did replace the flowers saying it was the«extreme heat in Hollister» that caused the problem, She also said the replacement flowers were an «upgrade». I want the owner to know that I appreciated her replacing the flowers but why should a customer have to arugue to get what they should have gotten in the first place. If it were to hot to leave flowers, perhaps they might have wanted to call the recipient to find out when they might be home so the whole thing might not have happened in the first place.
