Greyhound as a company is terrible.

What a dump. I tell you I would never want to be caught here alone in the dark. The bathroom is upstairs behind locked doors, the chairs seem very old and dirty and the vending machines ½ are working and ½ are not working.
Now you are asking why am I giving it 4 stars with all those flaws. The staff. I was already ready for the bad service like I received in Los Angeles, but here I received nothing but good service. Staff was friendly as hell and helped out with my bags, checked me in. Forget that the building was almost falling apart. Customer SErvice goes a long way with me. I had a good experience there.
