Panda Express

by far the worst panda I’ve ever had. And I love panda!!! it’s one of my favorite fast foods. but the food at this one is sooooooo bad. the veggies were a mushy gray mess (it was literally gray), beef broccoli was terrible, even the chow mein was bad. how do you mess up chow mein? ‚(

Awful visit today. Right at dinner time and we were in a hurry.
I wanted veggies for the side. No veggies.
Kids and I wanted to split an order of pot stickers. None were ready. Gonna take nine minutes to make. I wanted chicken with green beans and there was none left. The only thing they had that I wanted and was actually ready was was the beef broccoli. So we just left empty handed and hangry. I hate it when nothing is ready. Get with it panda! I really prefer the other location in salinas by bevMo. I have better luck there.

Needs better management. The other pandas do fine during rush but at the constitution location they look like headless chickens running around. The fact that you wait 10 minutes in line to say what you want, another 10 to pay, and then once you pay you wait 10 more so that the rest of your food gets cooked. Like I said, this place needs better management
Also, not sexist or anything, they need to hire some guys t o handle food. The girls are cool but they talk too much.

Hate this place. Food is always cold or old n they never have anything ready so ur 30 min lunch break is wasted waiting for food that should already be done. If ur running low on something make more before u run out common sense. Went in today wanting specific items left having to settle for everything different cuz nothing was ready n weren’t left with many options. Settled for beer broccoli n had to hagle to get more than 2 tiny bits of beef to the 12+ amount of broccoli pieces. To top it off the items I did settle for were scrapped from the bottom, cold, soggy, and truly disappointing. The apps not any better or a guarantee ull get what u ordered for.

This panda express really disappointed me, being a fan of panda, I really expected a lot out of this location, but everything looked old, the service was really bad, just a really bad location…

I like panda. Sure there is better places in town but due to high volume of customers, the food is usually freshly cooked and have convenient locations. Warning though… If you go after 8pm or so, they tend to be in a hurry to prepare for closing and cleanup so at times I’ve been in there after 8 or 8:30 and some trays are empty and or food looks very old … You could tell the food had been in those warmers way too long and they’re in no mood to cook or replace those items that were in those trays. I have later discussed this with the manager and he told me that they are not supposed to be doing this. They’re supposed to be a full-​fledged running operation until closing time. But that has not been the case in my experience there.

I really liked this location because it’s quiet and new. But the last few times I’ve gone the food was old, I know 4 a fact it wasn’t fresh ! So I’ve totally given up on this place !

Service SUCKS! Just bought my food here an it’s 2pm. I asked for brown rice… OUT of BROWN RICE. Then I asked for hot and sour soup… NO hot and sour soup either. It’s 2pm not 8pm… WTH!!!

It’s ok. I like the one on Davis better.

This is the Worse Panda Express me and my Girl went to eat. and there orage chicken is not good, and also there teriyaki chicken was So dry and no flavor. And there fried rice was also dry, it tase like its been sitting there for a while now. Never go here for Panda again. They were also verry skimpy with there food. And I’m So desopointed with this!

I was just reminded why I haven’t been here in a year. Waited in line for 19 minutes, place was not clean, food was mediocre. Meh :-(

Whenever i need to eat something heavy i go there. I have been here couple of times. Staffs are friendly, the place is clean and nice. I loved their new Honey Seamen Chicken Breast and standard panda food.

Stopped in for dinner for 3 tonight. They were low/​out of several items so we had to wait. Business was moderate, not busy. We finally got our order — 10 – 15 minutes later. When we got it home we found 1 plate had 2 wrong items and one had an empty section — they left out an item. As we did not have time to return to the restaurant we tried to call using the phone number on the receipt but the line was busy in many attempts. And the food was only warm. Our advice: if it isn’t out — don’t wait, and check your order before you leave the register!

Standard Panda fair, friendly staff. It’s a bit cramped inside, but there’s also outdoor seating.

It was an alright experience even though I had to wait in line when there was one customer ordering like two entrees and the other coworkers did not even wan to help the next person in line.
The food was well cooked and hot and I did enjoy it. It’s nearby a nice area where my family lives and will come back if I ever crave Chinese food when I’m in my birth city as I like to call it.
