I had high hopes for this salon/spa but will not be returning: I booked double Greystone pedicures for my mother’s birthday($ 120 worth of services). We arrived 5 – 10 minutes early. Once our appointed time came and went were told the manicurists were a bit behind and it would be «a few more minutes.» Evidently«a few more minutes» actually means almost HALFANHOUR as we ended up having to wait almost 30 minutes BEYOND our scheduled time(for which we were early) to begin our service. This didn’t seem concerning to anyone but us and very little in the way of an apology was offered. I would have walked out at this point but as this was for a special occasion we stuck it out. Then we were rushed through our pedicures. My tech cut the corners out of 2 of my toenails without asking, leaving them looking misshapen. I have never had this done at any other spa and on top of being unappealing to look at, it was actually painful when it grew back in. She then rushed through all other aspects of the pedicure and barely did any of them(nails barely shortened, cuticle care minimal, brief exfoliation). Towards the end of the pedicures I had to actually ask for the hot stone and paraffin treatments that are detailed as part of the service. Allegedly the paraffin dip was no longer part of that $ 60 pedicure despite the fact that it was advertised on the website at the time of my booking and it currently still appears there. In reality I suspect they did not want to put their schedules even further behind, so in addition to rushing our pedicures and cutting corners(literally), they simply skipped it. The hot stone was very cursory and not worth the up-charge from the standard service. There were several streaks and uneven places in the polish on 2 of my toenails and when I asked to have it redone(I wasn’t dealing with anymore BS), they had the girl at the front desk do it. When I expressed my disappointment at check out, they discounted $ 11 for each pedicure for omitting the paraffin but offered nothing in terms of an apology for the overall experience(nearly 30 min wait, rushed services, hack job on my nails, re-polishing, etc.). I called and tried to speak with a manager but of course, there isn’t one. That might explain the poor experience — apparently no one is actually RUNNING this business. I left a message for one of the owners that I was told occasionally visits the building, but never heard from her. After several attempts to reach her and being told she was«out of town» I gave up entirely. This is disappointing not only because of the money we spent, but because we could have easily been regular customers. Poor customer service, poor nail services, poor management. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

I have been going to this salon for 3 years. They are absolutely amazing! The owner, Sheila, does my nails and always does such a fabulous job! She is always willing to adjust and work around my schedule! I had my hair done by two past and one current stylist… They are amazing! Shelia really takes pride in who she hires to represent her business and take care of the salon’s client. I am African American and the blow outs Travis does on my hair are beautiful! Honestly, I’ve been attending salons since I was in college in various cities, and this is my absolute favorite! They are classy and everyone always makes me feel welcomed!!! I trusted these ladies with my wedding day prep and pampering my bridal party the day before my wedding. Of course, I looked beautiful and my family and friends enjoyed the Greystone girls rock!

The customer service at this Salon is excellent. From the minute you walk in the door everyone is friendly and helpful, offering you something to drink while you wait or showing you were to go. When I first moved to town I came here to get a hair cut, the cut was fine. The girl that did my hair couldn’t have been nicer, however I thought the prices were a little high($ 40 for shampoo, cut and style), being I was on a tight budget I found someplace else to get my hair done. For my birthday recently I received a gift of essence of pampering gift package. This included a 30 min massage, pedicure, manicure and a shampoo and style. I have never had a professional massage so I don’t have anything to compare it to but it was very relaxing and I enjoyed it a lot. Cristy was the girl that did my manicure, pedicure and my hair. She was professional and friendly. She did a great job. I fell totally inlove with the way she did my hair. Not sure if I will go for a regular hair cut there but I will return if I need my hair done for a special occasion. I will also return for pedicure and manicure, I don’t feel their prices for these are too high. I very much enjoy the personal service they give you. As one person said you get what you pay for.
