Diamond J Property Management

Do not rent from Diamond J. Management this place cockroaches, mice, disorganized management they cannot keep their employees and they ARE not glad to help you. I have lived in two different places under diamond j and they have lied about money and for three years told the credit report agency I owe and threatened to kick me out and I paid the debt off, and still no report back saying I paid. Do not go to diamond j. Every comment they have made as you can see is not to help me on their facebook, but throw me under the bus when I have paid ALL my rent and do not owe. (They deleted their comments) They just want your money. Maintenance shows up when they want and doesn’t even give courtesy calls. You will be dealing with the most unorganized landlords you will ever meet. PURE SLUMS, most of their homes are in the slums and they rent to ANYBODY. My neighbor that lived above me used meth and didn’t even have a job and always brought homeless people over to drink with him. I have had the cops over nearly 6 times. They treated me horrible when I confronted them on their Facebook and rated them a one and told me they wouldn’t help me until I removed my posts and they also told me I committed fraud, etc when all I wanted was them to contact the collection agency they had call me saying I owed, when I paid. It’s really sad. Never again. Do not put yourself threw this.

Diamond J attempts to thwart their own rental agreements and raise rent unannounced. They are defensive when you approach them with any concerns and not helpful. When things are broken, it takes repeated calls to get them «fixed.» I use quotes because they do the cheapest, temporary patches just to shut you up. My kitchen sink leaked the entire time I lived there, despite multiple calls to fix it. In the last 90 days, I’ve been without heat for 10, hot water for three and any water for one. When I asked for communication on the building’s status I was met with hostility. When I asked for a basic utility line that had been cut out by a previous tenant, I was told that their maintenance was not qualified to install it and would not pay for its professional installation. They do not care about their tenants; they only care about their bottom line.

Awesome maintenance! Mike, Brad, and Corey are on it in SLC! DJM defineitly knew what they were doing. Maintenace hotline recieves the tenant request and within 24 to 48 hours one of these guys will call you back to schedule a time to come in and get it done for you THEY ARE AMAZING!
