We have been to this IHop location on numerous occasions. Most of the time we go in for a fun breakfast for dinner in the afternoons with my kids. They love it! The service is fast, you know what to expect from the food, and the servers are always friendly. The last time I went in was 12/31/2015 for a late breakfast, it was around 9:30AM. The kids and I had the day off so we were headed out to have some fun and decided to go to breakfast. We were seated quickly and the server was prompt with our drinks and food orders. The food was delivered in a timely manner. We enjoyed our meals and left full and happy. Not much more you can ask for!

Just at there for lunch today. The hash browns were MOLDY. Yes. I said MOLDY. When we called the manager over he said they were just overdone. I replied they are not over done. Green and fuzzy in not overdone. They comped her meal but we received no refills for the rest of the meal and were ignored. Find another breakfast unless you like penicillin.

We were seating quickly and our orders were taken about as soon as we sat down. From there, it took over an hour for our food to actually arrive. It must take a lot of apathy to get every single order wrong, but our waitress sure managed it. Hash browns and sausage were burnt, and the pancakes took another fifteen minutes on top of it. We waited and waited for the waitress to come back with our card, and we had to flag her down and ask. She claimed she didn’t have it, and then came back a minute later and handed it to us. Right. Terrible service, terrible food. Not coming back.

Not somewhere to go when ur actually hungry. It takes over an hour to get attention from the waitresses, order, and actually receive ur food. The food is pretty decent if u don’t mind waiting and u don’t care if the waitresses pay attention to you at all.

Very disappointed… omelet that looks like scrambled egg, leather like ham, hash brown that came straight out of ready mix($ 2.50 for that??) This visit sure made this my last trip to IHOP :(

Waitress was great, but the food was just terrible. Even the pancakes were gross. My breakfast barley filled the plate and they charged 10 for it. This place is a rip I remember why I only go to local places…

My family enjoyed their dinners, chicken strips with fries and the two egg breakfast. Mine in the other hand want so grand. I had the chicken Florentine crepes and the crepes were mushy and thick like pancakes… I’m nauseated after eating one of them. I think this is the last time I go to this location.

This location has crappy service at night. They don’t seem to care that the menus were filthy and I had to wash my hands after touching them. My seat had food all over it and I had to wipe it down myself. They over cooked the chicken and when this was brought up the waitress said that’s the way she likes her chicken and just to try it you’ll like it. Then she asked later how it was and retorted a snide remark as she walked away saying, «I told you». The service has been great here before but that was in the morning. I would not recommend this shift to my worst enemy.

I don’t even know why I bother going to IHOP anymore. I always seem to get horrible service, bland food that’s super expensive(compared to other breakfast places), not to mention that everything was EXTREMELYSLOW!!! Hell, I live in Hawaii and that’s saying something. We were seated for no less than 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We actually had to summon the server before she approached us about an order. After we finally got our coffee, which was the same strength as an iced tea, but hot, we ordered: I got the Colorado omelet w/pancakes on the side, and my son got the strawberry crêpe. Thankfully, the omelet was pretty tasty, but the pancakes were hard and virtually inedible even with an enormous portion of blueberry syrup. My son devoured his crepes, but heck, he’s 17 and he’ll eat anything that does eat him first so not complaints there. There are better options out there, but IHOP is the iconic breakfast shop, and if you want something that is consistent(good or bad), this is a fair bet.

Took a while for someone to greet me and seat me but after that the service was great and fast. My food was out within minutes and it was delicious. I love IHOP!
