The workers were pretty friendly and will customize your order. Lots of smoothies to choose from, and there not really high in calories. We got the matcha green tea and peanut butter moo’d. Both were really good.

Jamba Juice is awesome for their different options any time of the day. I guess they recently powered up a loyalty program, which hopefully is advantageous enough when I do buy more drinks. I am a fan of their «boosts» too.
I ordered a protein packed Choco-​PB smoothie and loved how rich the taste was. I normally will order an all-​fruit smoothie. Win-​win. About the location: Parking is tough, but that’s pretty much for this whole plaza. It is nestled along a stream so there are some nice areas to sit nearby. Lastly, it’s Sugar House. What more do you expect?
I only expect the best for my chocolate and kale, so Jamba Juice is it.

What the hell is wrong with this place? I ordered a smoothie and it was a full 10 minutes before one of the workers even started putting ingredients into a blender. All the workers stood around talking instead of helping customers. I won’t be returning– boooo Jamba Juice!

Ordering a «Dirty Orgasm» is hard enough but they just made me feel awkward.
Do you mean a «Dirty O?» Uhh, I guess. OBVIOUSLY.
Some locations aren’t too familiar with items on the secret menu, just like this one. Not that you need to master that list since it’s pretty big but if you take 5 minutes to input my one item order, there’s a problem. Apart from the weird service, the Dirty O was a great choice. It’s a little on the thicker side since it’s all sorbet but it’s one of the best flavors I’ve tried!

If you’re looking to wait over 10 minutes for them to make a smoothie then this is the place for you! Haha there were 5 people working and none of them were doing anything. We had to ask them twice if they started our smoothies, they hadn’t. it was actually comical, won’t be returning to this location again.

This is an EXCELLENT JJ. The staff is super friendly, and they know my name and my weird custom, off-​the-​menu order. Put simply, this location is the balls.

The line was super long coming in (I was only 2nd in line) and that took about 10 mins to get orders in. Not only that, since I hadn’t been in a Jamba juice in probably half a year, I asked about the difference in terms of ingredients between the wholesome smoothies and veggie smoothies. The manager or Sr employee there gave me attitude and said, whatever is up on the menu shows the difference. I explained that one looks like it has yogurt and seeds whereas the other doesn’t? He still had attitude and said it’s up on the menu and all the ingredients are there. Ok… that doesn’t help.
After a long while of explaining, he finally confirmed what I was saying all along. Jeez! All i needed to know was the difference. Anyway, wouldn’t go back especially with that long wait.

First time at this location and it didn’t disappoint. Friendly cashier and smoothie maker, fast service, tasty smoothie, and convenient location. What more can anyone want in a Jamba Juice joint?

The juice we got was good.
The service not so much.
They were working on Labor Day, which sucks. But still.
I’ll probably try them again if I’m in the area and update this. But my one visit to them, was not the best one.

Fast service, perfectly made smoothies, nice employees, large open atmosphere, great location. They brought our smoothies to us waiting at our table. Jamba is pricier than other smoothie places so I give it a 4. I used a rewards deal to get a discount and that’s why I was willing to spend money on it :)

Nice guys working here, it’s sometimes loud, but it’s a smoothie shop, so that’s expected. They made our smoothie real fast and brought it to our table.
Pretty clean and prefect placement with Barnes & Noble and other stores next door.
I felt that the smoothie was very sugary and not very healthy, butt there are healthier options available.

Jamba is a fantastic company as far as uniformity goes – you’ll always get the product you order and it will always be the same (delicious). However, service isn’t always uniform, and this Jamba’s employees are happy, perky, and just sweet individuals. I love that! I sometimes call ahead and order so I can run in and out, and the treatment I receive even in those brief interactions is refreshing. Plus, the location is great in the summer – plenty of places to sit outside around the shopping center. You can stroll over to B&N with your smoothie and hang out. It’s a great spot for an exceptional Jamba!

The staff here is awesome, and the smoothies are great. I drove here directly after attempting to purchase a smoothie at the location on 1300 east. Because the employees were rude at that location, I headed here. I now will only be visiting this location.
Maybe the staff here could go to the location on 13th and teach them about customer service!

Jamba Juice is interesting. You pay a million bucks for something that you can make at home for a buck and then you slurp down a 1,000 calories of sugary protein goodness that must surely be good for you. They have their place, so a three star A-​OK is what they get from me.
I don’t dislike Jamba Juice, but I don’t really like it either. So I don’t visit often.

I’ve been a fan of Jamba Juice for many years and they just keep getting better. I really love their new All Fruit Smoothies because they are all fruit and healthier than some of their others. This Jamba Juice is my favorite being right in the heart of Sugar House. It is within walking distance of the pottery studio I go to and makes for a great treat whenever I’m in the mood. As a plus the staff is always very friendly and more personable than at some other Jamba locations.
