This place takes FOREVER! No matter if you go through the drive through, walk in or order through their app. Every time I go here I am waiting at least 20 minutes or more. Save your time and eat someplace else.

I have a hard time ordering because there are so many things that I like there. Honey Walnut Shrimp is a must. Orange chicken is a close second. Their spring rolls are great, and cream cheese wontons are too. Sometimes their chow mien is heavy on the cabbage but still my favorite side. This location has a really slow drive-thru for some reason though. So be warned.

Food is not that great tasting. And you can’t reheat the leftovers. 2 stars for the drive thru for the lazy people lol

If I could give you negative 5 stars, I would. Anyways, I thought I’d go back and give this fine establishment another try. Yeah, I was just hungry and I don’t have no kind of will power to keep me away from food that smells good. Anyways, I ordered from the drive-thru cuz I’m too lazy to park, get out, stand in line, wait, order, wait, and pay for my food inside. I got my used-to-be usual, chow mein, mushroom chicken, honey walnut shrimp(fire!) and orange chicken. I get my plate, I drive off into the sunset(it was dusk…). Get home, open up, eat some(not remembering that the last time I went there was a freakin’ long piece of somebody’s body hair or from their scalp, Idk) sit back, watch the BYU game(GOCOUGARS! It was the first game of the season against UConn) eat some more. A couple minutes into I start getting down to the end of the chow mein, at this point I’m a little full so I just pick at the plate eating pieces here and there when all of a sudden… wait for it… wait for it… yeah, there was a piece of hair in there staring at me waiting for me to put it in my mouth! At this point the plate was almost done and I didn’t wanna be «THATGUY» who takes an almost empty styrofoam container back to where he made a mistake and made a purchase at one of the finest Chinese fast food restaurants in the country. So I just threw the plate away waited the 8 hours or so to digest and let it out the other side. I did contact their website and left a complaint. I figure its better for me to just not eat there anymore(unless its free, free food is always good. Unless it has free hair in it. That’s never good. Unless you’re bald like me then that’s a whole nother rant.) than it is to keep giving them chances to poison me with someones hair. I don’t want no hair balls. I don’t even have hair on my ba… nevermind. Well, that’s it for you Panda Express on 5600 W. across the street from Kohls and Ross and stuff. Never again! Thanks for reading this far, hi-five your screen for a virtual hi-five!

Love that they have a drive thru so you don’t have to go in if you are in a hurry. Drive thru is a little slow since they are putting the orders together when you order, but they are very friendly and efficient.

They added bacon to the orange chicken … **drool**. I usually come here when I want quick Americanized Chinese food. It is a fast good chain so the food served there is pretty decent. This has a drive thru which is pretty convenient for a lunch break.

Food is great, but if you want food from here don’t be in a hurry and if there’s a line expect to wait at least 30 minutes. I wish I was joking on the 30 minutes, but if you have a line of three-four cars service here is EXTREMELY slow.
