.Grandmas birthday.
Our first mistake was going to chilies. We arrived at about 7:25 and had a party of 8. We were sat at 7:45. The lady who took our order was polite. The food took 40 MINUTES TO COME OUT. AFTER THE FOOD ARRIVED IT WAS SO COLD. My aunt ordered nachos that were completely stale and very cold. I had a burger which was also cold (ew). My mom ordered the asparagus which was cold and tasted bad. My poor grandma, who’s birthday it was, ordered a steak and avocado which was also cold and really gross. My boyfriend had a burger, which was gross and made him sick. My cousin had fajitas, which looked really good and were hot; but he said it was really bad. As the dinner proceeded we told the server that the food was cold and she felt really bad. After this grandma became really sick and upset she left halfway through the dinner. Happy birthday grandma. We asked for our checks and they came back and asked us if we wanted free desert. We were like, «okay sure.» It took like 20 more minutes to get the checks and when they came back the check wasn’t even split up. They had to take it back and get it fixed. They came back and gave us the checks and then they lost one of the checks within another customers order. We had to follow this lady around the restaurant. Finally we got to leave. Ps I came here a separate time for a «to go» order and they gave me an order that was completely different. So they had to make my food and I waited forever and they gave me the food that wasn’t mine for free and I was like okay… Took the food home and opened it up and there was bugs that flew out of it. This chilies is v bad.

The service is wonderful and the servers are always friendly. I love coming here. The food is always taste and we’ll done.

This is one of the most unsatisfactory dining experiences. My family and I come in for lunch. We place our order and about and hour and had later our food was still bat ready, but if you see all the tables around have been starved. We call on the manager to ask what was going on she blamed a game on tv. What the f7: k this is totally discrimination there is nothing then that. So if you take your little girl out to lunch and she is asking what is wrong the we have a problem. Can I ASK ALL OF YOU TO SUPPORT MY LUTTLE 5 year old girl to BOY CUT CHILIS.

Late lunch, after waiting 20 minutes to be seated we waited another 30 minutes and the server never showed up. We weren’t warned about the wait and had to leave because it was a work day. Very disappointed and currently very hungry.

Took a good friend out their, last night, this place didn’t have my favorite thing which was soup. We got their at 7:30pm oj a sunday night. Then we tried to order shrimp, the waitor told us, they sold out. So, we both order steak, was not good at all. They put too much butter on them. I use to like a chillis but, something has to change at this location. Management needs to start putting customes first.

Guacamole dip with warm chips, outstanding! Lunch fajita was excellent. My wife tacos, they too were excellent. We’re coming back for the Molten Chocolate Cake soon.

My wife and I each ordered the combo plate of salmon and baby back ribs. The ribs were dry and over cooked. They were hard to eat since the waitress never filled our water. The salmon was mostly raw inside. The mashed potatoes were like a pasty pudding. We asked them to cook our salmon some more. About a half an hour later, they brought us new salmon. We had to take it to go. Well, they still charged us full price for the meal. We will never go back.

We ended up walking out after waiting for appetizers for over 30 min! This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Never going back!

This location is nice and comfortable. They just recently remodeled it and I really like the new layout. It’s a Chili’s so all the usual food they serve. The staff is friendly and very quick they work hard to be quick and are right there when you need something. I went with the triple play and choose the sliders, south west egg rolls, and tried the fried pickles. They were all delicious. We shared the molten Oreo lava cake for dessert and it was so yummy very happy with the experience.

Don’t know why we keep thinking this place will change. We love Chili’s but do yourself a favor and drive to a different one. NEVER has been good, horrible service, always out of something, like ketchup? Or steak, food under cooked or they substitute things without telling customers. HORRIBLE wait staff and bad food.

I ordered their 2 for 20 $; but requested shrimp instead of chicken. I was told that this would be $ 1 extra. Which was fine. When the order came out it was a small pile of onions (no bell peppers) and according to the manager there was 12 pieces of shrimp which is apparently the half portion of shrimp. These were the smallest type of scrimp. It was a really pathetic offering. When I asked them about it they said that it was the half portion of fajitas. Now the menu clearly states that the 2 for 20 $ is full size entrees, but that is not what they delivered. So after fixing the fajitas I was subsequently charged for the full price for the fajitas and the other 2 for 20 $ item as well as having to pay full price for the appetizer. So instead of the promised ²⁄₂₀ Plus the upcharge for shrimp total 22ish plus tax. We ended up paying 34ish plus tax, an additional 12 dollars. I was not appreciative of their lack of consideration and pride in the food they serve nor of the their lack of honor.

One thing I’d like to compliment Chilis on is their chicken. Like most chain restaurants (village inn, IHOP, Applebee’s) they overlook the chicken and it’s tough to cut, taste like cardboard and is dry. Both chicken dishes tonight were perfectly cooked. I’m talking juicy, tender and seasoned just right. I wasn’t expecting that for a chain restaurant. Kudos!
Let’s talk pasta. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and as I mentioned the chicken was good but pasta was overcooked. It was almost mushy. I like my pasta al dente and with a bite. I would’ve taken it back but our server was so busy and I didn’t feel like being a total ass today ;)
Low cal menu items. Surprising.
The mango salsa habanero chicken was delicious. It tastes fresh with the mango salsa, sweet and a little spicy from the sauce and the broccoli was blanched at the perfect time so it still had a bite to it. The dish came together perfectly. I would order this again. Positive note– only 500 calories!
Dessert– molten chocolate lava cake.
I loved it. It’s not as rich as the fudge brownie cake you get at TGIF but with the same concept. I actually liked the sauce and the quality of chocolate over TGIF. Id order again if I had a sweet tooth craving.
Appetizer– Tex mex fries. I don’t like potatoes in any form but my bf enjoyed them. I tried some so I could Unilocal it for you guys (I know I love you so much right?) and they were okay. Cheesy and topped with bacon which is how the majority of the masses like so if fries and cheese is your thing, you’ll love this!
Staff was friendly and prompt. The manager visited each table to make sure accommodations were met according. Id come back here again if I needed a quick bite and low cal meal!

I’ve been to Chili’s probably less than 10 times in my entire life. 5 of those times have been in the last month at this location. Why the sudden change in eating habits? Well, because I just bought a house literally a block and a half down the road, and when your kitchen is still packed with moving supplies, pushing it all aside to cook isn’t appealing. Same for traveling 20 minutes downtown to get to the restaurants I typically frequent. It’s all good. I’m officially a West Valley-​ite now and I need to embrace it. I think Chili’s has done a good job trying to revamp their menu, so that’s OK I guess. But really, what makes this place good is the bartender Phil, that guy is good at his job and should get a raise. Not even kidding. Head straight for the bar if you come here, get food, and let Phil fill up your cups multiple times and maybe you’ll forget your spending your late Friday evening at a freaking Chili’s.

I don’t know why we keep giving this Chilis a chance, but after tonight not anymore! The service was as slow and horrible than ever. Our server acted and looked so confused. As far as the food… Eh. Not worth dealing with the crappy service we get every time we go.

Wish I could give this shit hole zero stars. Their management is so shitty. Boyfriend used to work here, constantly working their people 14 hour days. Having them close at 3 am after working all day long. Then only to come back at 8 am to open. They never got off when they said they were going to get off. Their are people that have worked there over ten years and have not received raises. The food is terrible and most of it is microwaved. They put corn in everything. All their employees get sick of working there and putting up with bullshit so they quit. Then they are understaffed and customers end up waiting a lot longer. They are always running out of food, so they improvise with shit that doesn’t even belong in the order. Very poorly managed. Will never eat at a Chili’s again. And will be sure to let all my friends know not to eat here either.

My party waited 50 minutes just to get our food AND then I was told that my plate was being redone and that it would take an extra 10 minutes. Not to mention we weren’t really told about the wait until a minute before we had our food brought. WORST CHILIS COOKS EVER. On the bright side our waitress Amanda had a really great attitude.
